LA ONLY NEEDS 43 MORE ARRIVALS COMING TO FLAG TO GET ONTO OT VII TO COMPLETE THEIR 4X TARGET!



LA started with 267 OTs on Solo NOTs when the 10,000 campaign was launched! 3 weeks ago they surpassed 1,000 on or through Solo NOTs. Their 4X target is 1068. With the recent arrivals and those already set to arrive, they are only 43 short of that goal!



And the date by which they are working to have this done is before the end of this year’s Freewinds Maiden Voyage Anniversary Cruise – 28 June 2009.



11 Scientologists are needed per week to get this done. And then this stellar target will have been attained.

Interesting that they gave 'numbers' when it came to LA, but not in relation to ANZO - I wonder what actual numbers we'd be looking at, and from when.

I suppose that when you consider 4 x 1 = 4 and that 4 x 2 = 8, that an extra 3 or 6 on the level (when ya factor in Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Thailand), is not an impossibility. :whistling: It'd seem more sensible to make up for those who "left" or went off the level in the last 12 months, before giving a "4x" target, but that's not how they operate.

I have heard from many sources that the AO and the Class 5 orgs are surviving on income from Taiwan and Japan now, but to what degree I don't know. Nor do I have any idea how many from these countries, are on the level.

Part of the plan with the 10,000 OTs On Or Through Solo NOTs target has always been that there would be Solo NOTs auditors all over the globe bringing order to their own towns and cities and countries. This is exactly what we are achieving!

We are about to add to the ranks of Solo NOTs auditors, a VERY, VERY upstat and deserving Scientologist!

I got that individuals on the upper levels would sometimes resist these orders from Int Mgmt as concerns the 6 month checks and all. I am wondering though if there was to your knowledge any agreement amongst these individuals to act in a concerted manner, as is often the case when the term "mutiny" is used.? Such as in this definition:

Oh, I get you now, Type4. No, I don't know of any conspiracy type thing, unless it would be people finding out that other people feel the same way and validating each other for it.

On some LRH tape I listened to once, he described the silent insurrection kind of thing, I can't remember what he called it, but his example was the General being ushered into the jeep by the private and somehow the General falls out the other door, and the private "had nothing to do with it, it just happened." (ha!ha!) But I sort of recall his point was that a certain way of mishandling people would result in lots of them going into this kind of behavior, individually, with the result that things just keep going wrong (for the controlling group).

I would say the message boards are the closest thing to organizing the "mutiny" if you want to look at it that way.

Anyone out there know about a "white mutiny" among those auditing on VII? Is this true?

The same thing that's happening to all scientologists is happening to those on OTVII. It just started earlier, around 1996 and is running at 10X. The pressure to donate, contribute, sacrifice and dedicate is at an all time high.

I don't know about a 'white mutiny' but those on OTVII are leaving at a ever increasing rate.

I know about 30 OTVIIs and VIIIs who are out recently.

The other thing is that the full GAT OTVII is available out side the church now, minus the mind numbing drills, so there is no reason for someone on OTVII to put themselves through two intensive of sec checking every six months as well as the other abuse that Flag doles out to it's elite.

Now that Rex Fowler has fallen from grace a new layer of handlings will be added to the six month check to ensure that those on VII aren't about to shoot any one. You would have to sit through the 80 to 100 question sec check plus tailor mades to understand how they try to micro manage every OTVIIs life based on the most recent trouble at Flag to fully appreciate that.

Their goal is not just 1,000 but 10,000 so they've gotten 33 people out of 10,000 to Flag so far and they need to get 9,987 more not just 987 more. 100 people is one per cent of their goal so they have only achieved 1/3 of 1% so far and are to get the other 99.67% in the next 6 weeks. I think someone should sound a heavy traffic warning. Let's see, the 9,967 people at approximately $40,000 per head gives a GI in the next 6 weeks or about 400 million worth of Gross Income in the next 6 weeks in addition to their regular income. That is between 65 to 70 million per week in GI between now and Mar 13th. I guess it is "Happy Days are hear again for them." Do they have the staff and facilities to deliver to these 9.967 people?

Truth is apparently not important when you are following command intention. How many stories have I heard of people being sent off to Flag after being told that their pc folders are already at Flag and an auditor is waiting to audit them. Expanded “X” Targets


As the word went out that we have surpassed the halfway point in our quest to get to 10,000 OT VIIs and VIIIs on the planet, more and more Scientologists have been answering the call to move up to Solo NOTs!

They are arriving from all over the planet!

Just in the past five weeks those arriving to stay to get onto Solo NOTs have included: 3 from Taiwan , 3 from Hungary , 4 from France , 6 from Italy , 14 from Russia and 30 from the Western United States. Scientologists are here at Flag staying until on OT VII from such diverse countries as Colombia, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Romania and Slovakia; indeed there are now OT VIIs and VIIIs in over 60 nations around the globe.

Just four years ago the country of France had only 27 Scientologists on the level—they are now at 105 and are lined up to hit their 5X target within weeks! Meanwhile Vancouver , Canada , just became the 9th area in the world to complete their 5X stage and now commence on their 10X target.

And Los Angeles now has 1070 Solo NOTs auditors and OT VIIIs in that city!



How the Game Works

By far the most effective (and popular) game we have had as far as increasing the number of Scientologists on Solo NOTs is having each OT Committee drive to get to 5X their original number of OT VIIs.

The way this works is that each OT Committee has a starting figure, which is the number of Scientologists that they had in their area, on the level, when this campaign was first announced. They then work to double (2X) that number, followed by 3X, 4X and on up to 5X. Each time they complete a stage they get a commendation issue—this is a blue on blue FSO ED and goes into the ethics file of each person listed on the issue—which are those who contributed to completing that specific stage.

10 very upstat OT Committees have already attained their 5X. 4 of these OT Committees have continued on and are now at 6X (Lugano, Switzerland & Perth , Australia ), 7X ( Austin , Texas ) and 8X ( Atlanta , Georgia ). Yet another 6 are very close and should get to the 5X level by LRH’s Birthday 2010.

Thus we are expanding the overall target in this game from 5X to 10X! As of this issue all areas are being given the goal to move up to 10X their original starting figure!


Progressing Target Dates


Throughout 2010 we have four target dates by which each OT Committee must complete their next stages, progressing up to minimally their 5X stage and preferably up to their 10X level. In fact when each committee attains these levels, we will actually have the overall 10,000 target DONE!



The four dates are:



LRH’s Birthday 2010—each OT Committee must complete their next stage by March 13th 2010, be that 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or above.



Maiden Voyage Anniversary 2010—each OT Committee’s next “X” stage must be completed by this date.



IAS Event 2010—the next “X” level is to be completed by this date.



New Year’s Eve 2010—the final 2010 goal is to minimally complete 5X by this date and preferably beyond.



Summary



It is very important that you get these new targets rolling in your city and area. In truth, there has not been a more vital target on your whole track as it is only with enough OTs that we will undo this trap and achieve full spiritual freedom.

LOL, Paul, yes! Some may be ordered back to Flag 3 times a year (or more).

It's actually called "A Refresher" rather than "6 month check" (the concept of actually feeling refreshed during one of these visits is a standing joke amongst SN Auditors).

There was a time when "6 month check" meant that you got back as close as you could to the due date. Maybe you could stretch it out into a 9 month check etc. You could probably get away with stretching that "6 months" into a couple of years if you were really good at it. :whistling:

Nowadays it's 6 monhs or less OR else, the only leavening factor is that some checks take so long that it seems like you're only doing one every 9 months!

Here at The FLAG LAND BASE we are on an all out crusade to get all public onto and through Solo NOTs. The target is to get the 10,000 on and through Solo NOTs – THIS YEAR!!!

In order to make this happen, your help is a requirement. You see you are all in communication with those who need to come. You know the New OT Vs that need to come and get onto Solo NOTs, you are in many cases opinion leaders in your zone and area.

There are thousands now in the ranks of those who are either on or through Solo NOTs. Who better to ask for help in making the 10,000 target?

If every FSM, Solo NOTs Auditor, OT Ambassador on the planet in all countries were to simply get ONE PERSON TO ARRIVE AT THE FSO TO STAY AND GET ONTO SOLO NOTS in the next few weeks - we would have the target made by the end of the year.

You all KNOW the importance of getting onto and through Solo NOTs, you KNOW how vital this is and the effect it is going to have on the overall Scientology expansion and the handling of earth.

What I expect is that EVERYONE of you rally around the 10,000 on Solo NOTs target and do all you can to help make this a reality.

These days with the speed of service and incredible results you can also get a person who is even lower level but staying all the way to get onto Solo NOTs. If such a person was to arrive in the next few weeks then he/she can be on Solo NOTs by the end of the year!

Grades are being delivered in 3-4 weeks. NED is about the same.

Many are now going Clear on NED, then it’s a short ride over to the FLAG AO and onto and through Solo. It’s just a few weeks for Solo training and before the person knows it they are onto New OT I. From New OT I through getting onto New OT VII, it is now just months away.

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A BETTER TIME THAN RIGHT NOW FOR A PERSON TO MAKE IT ALL THE WAY ONTO AND THROUGH SOLO NOTS! EVER!

It’s WIN AFTER WIN!

Flag delivers only Standard Tech! You know this.

What I want you to do is DECIDE that you are going to help make the 10,000 happen. Many of you are and to you I say – rededicate yourself to this purpose more than ever.

Then I want you to get in communication with your FLAG TERMINALS. It might be the FSC or a FLAG Tour. It could be a Dept 6 Registrar, the Advance Scheduling Registrar or the Director of Clearing.

Then I want you to NAME the person or persons you are going to get arrived to FLAG in the next few weeks that is going to stay all the way to get onto Solo NOTs.

Now I want you to contact that person/persons and get them fully enlightened using RON'S JOURNAL 35, 9 May 1982, FROM CLEAR TO ETERNITY (if you do not have a copy then ask any FLAG staff member and they will get it to you – it is also on page 430 of SCIENTOLOGY 0-8, THE BOOK OF BASICS).

Bring them to your local FSC or Tour in your area where applicable and ensure they are gotten fully signed up and arrived.

This is going to take a real shoulder to shoulder effort on the part of everyone. However IT WILL BE AN ENTIRE OT FORCE ACCOMPLISHMENT when done! It is going to take the full team.

As you get your person/persons arrived to stay all the way then let me know directly and you will be suitably commended and acknowledged for playing your part.

There has never been a better time and the time is now!

So – now it is truly over to you. You are all FLAG OTs in the field and you are to mobilize and act and join in this crusade.

I realize that this is just an espee WOG world consideration, BUT ...

Everybody knows that there are 10,000,000 ... that's ten million ... Scientologists total, right? Isn't that what the church says? And isn't 10,000a mere 0.1% or one part in a thousand of ten million? Are we being told that less than 1 out of every 1000 Scientologists is a solo auditor? I wonder why that might be? I wonder if that is the work of all those evil psychs and espees?
