Re: SP Times - Part 1 of 3: Rinder, Rathbun speak out
To quote BBC's John Sweeney, "TOMMY - YOU WERE NOT THERE!!!!!"

Tommy was not there during any of the musical chairs incident and neither was what's her tits.

Hey David Miscavige, are you sure no one copied the video tape you had made of the musical chairs incident. Fed Tisi shot it on MiniDV with a Canon XL-1 but where did the tape go afterward? I would get onto that right away if I were you. Maybe dust that tape for prints. I think you might have a bigger problem on your hands.

Maybe you could show the tape to Tommy Davis and show him how "educational" all those people crying were. Or maybe how Mike Sutter and Mark Ingber fighting over and destroying that chair was a good "lesson learned." I am sure Jessica Feshbach will see the morality in making all those couples think they were never going to see their spouses again for the rest of their lives.

Also, before I forget, do you still have that money you owe me? I would like to get it before you get jailed or leave the country. Just drop me a line. I accept Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard or USD. You know where to find me.

Until next time...

Not sure if anyone posted this BFG WWP post from 2 days ago...

Tommy Davis has a few facts mixed up that he says he has affidavits of or direct knowledge of.

Scientology: Church's response video| Tampabay.com St. Petersburg Times

First off let's first understand that Tommy Davis was a kid doing drugs in Beverly Hills during the time most of these events took place. He was what Scilons call a "drug revert." After getting into Scilonville he did drugs. After that, he was working at CC Int in LA. After that he was Tom Cruise's Scilon handler and reporting up to David Miscavige on a full time basis everything that Tom Cruise.

Tommy Davis blew during the BBC/John Sweeney stuff. He was gone for Seven days and That is how Rinder ended up handling that in the end. And also himself blowing. After Tommy blew, he was gotten back and he was cleaning toilets at Flag - this is mid 2007. Only after Mike Rinder Blew did Tommy get dusted off and brought back into the fold.

The only time Tommy visited the Int Base was to get sec checked by David Miscavige's staff and get verbally assaulted by David Miscavige.

Tommy Davis only started working with Dave Miscavige or visiting the Int Base on a regular basis in the last few years. In fact, the Tom Cruise IAS video was the first time Tommy Davis was at the Int Base for more than a few days at a time.

In terms of facts that are faulty or inaccurate.

1. Tommy Davis says that the guys that were leading the church in the 1980's, 1990's and 2000's were known criminals. So why were they in charge if they were known criminals? How does that work, unless their leader in beating people up full time?

2. Tommy Davis says that Marty was kicked out and removed - not the case - Marty blew on all three occasions. 1993, 2004 and the last time at Flag.

3. Tommy Davis says that Mike was kicked out - Not true - he left - blew.

4. "Double wide trailer building" is called that because that is what they are! Tommy Davis would not know that as he was not there when they were driven onto Int Base and installed. That is why they are called double wides - that is what they are.

5. Tommy Davis says Marty is psychotic - not the case - the entire time I was there - Marty was cool calm and collected compared to David Miscavige who was certainly psychotic. Anyone who was at the Int base can attest to this fact and this number of people is far greater than those that are still there and can write affidavits.

6. He says people claim that Dave Miscavige was throwing people in swimming pools. Yeah - Tommy Davis - YOU WERE NOT THERE! David Miscavige threw about 100 of us into the Star Of California Clipper Ship swimming pool at the Int Base in the middle of the night because we went home to sleep while he was still up working in his PJ's!

7. Tommy Davis says he has "witnesses" - yeah all ones that are controlled and owned by Scilons and Dave has signed resignations from all of them to cover his ass in the event of them leaving.

8. Tommy Davis was not there during any of these things and was never posted at the Int Base and was at CC INT or off with Tom Cruise the entire time all of this was happening. How could Tommy know about any of this? Unless of course David Miscavige told him that this is what happened.

9. Tommy Davis says that Marty, Mike and Tom are making allegations similar to past critics. Yeah, because most of the people named were also at the Int Base and worked with Psycho David Miscavige.

10. Tommy Davis says Dave Miscavige did not write in people's PC folders and C/S their auditing actions. So Tommy does not know about him writing in Tom Cruise's folder, Lisa's folders, because Tommy WAS NOT THERE! Guess what, there were other people around and you will no doubt be hearing from them.

Tommy Davis - Your stories are full of holes and your affidavits are useless because they are signed by people that would be beaten by David Miscavige unless they signed them!!

You should get out now Tommy. Your life is only going to get worse for you at this point. If you want to stick around and be David Miscavige's shield, you better get your facts straight and steel yourself up a bit as this is just the beginning of the defectors.

Also, get yourself a new set of plants. The ones you are using are lame and predictable and can be seen a mile away. Out here in the "WOG world", you don't meet someone and have them blow smoke up your ass in the first five minutes of a conversation. saying your plants are epic fail is the understatement of the year. And yes I mean ALL of them. You might want to put that into the plant handbook.

Until next time...

Im absolutely amazed at the WONDERFUL WONDERFUL job these incredibly brave guys are doing. By exposing this stuff, those in the SO who are sitting on the fence will feel braver and more inclined to leave.

Some people have mentioned that these guys did nothing to stop DM while they were in, and "ran away". Running away IS the most brave thing to do - that carries the largest penalties of any action. Standing up to a tyrant, in his offices, surrounded by his loyal followers, isnt going to achieve much. What they are doing NOW is. I think they have done the right thing.

SO LURKERS - BLOW!!! AND BLOW NOW BEFORE DAVEY GOES TYPE 3!!! We all know what happens to SPs when they are confronted with thier crimes, and MAN, I bet he is feeling a tad confronted right now...

I personally dont believe there is video evidence of the SP hall matter.
Would of course be great to get some evidence, but Miscavige is not that stupid.

It also seems weird that Rathburn was often present at batterings of Rinder and admits to having 'slapped' a few people himself (for which he has apologized, according to his interview)

I also wonder about Rathburn having money on his credit cards after leaving on his motorbike (which he admitted giving to that kid).
Which SO member has good credit on credit cards?:omg:
I think it must be a rare thing, especially when listening to the Headley case and others, who admitted they had absolutely nothing when leaving, no bank account, no cash etc.

This would imply for me personally that Rathburn was a well payed exec in the 'church', who was able to build up some savings while in.

I would be interesting to hear some other accounts of exes, on how Rathburn performed while a top exec.
If he also 'slapped' people, then I'm sure he was partly not too popular himself, although he comes across as a nice guy in the interview.

Don't get me wrong, I think its great that these guys are speaking out, but this is just what went thru my mind while listening to the Rathburn interview.

He mentioned a $100,000 inheritance coming his way.

I personally had about $20,000 available credit on regular Visa credit cards for several years before I left the SO. I only ever used one of them while in the SO for a $1,000 notebook computer around 1992, and paid that off within a year while in. When I left the SO they came in very handy.

Oh, OK do you think that BFG is just trying to scare Miscavige? The tactic would not work if Miscavige KNEW it wasn't filmed - would it?

Hmm - why is it "weird"?

Well here is a painful thing that I learned only a few years ago.

When the guys like us - the ones in the service orgs and the CLO's - were getting by on half and a quarter pay, wondering how we were ever going to get enough money for a bar of soap the SO members in RTC, ASI and at Int were getting full pay and bonuses.

Many of those that left or blew from there during that period had fairly healthy bank accounts and also had credit cards.

When my wife and I left we had, IIRC, about $30.

This would imply for me personally that Rathburn was a well payed exec in the 'church', who was able to build up some savings while in.

I would be interesting to hear some other accounts of exes, on how Rathburn performed while a top exec.

Tommy Davis is a Sea Org Member - Yeah - sure he is

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tommy Davis keeps talking about the Sea Org and how he is a Sea Org Member and how they have it rough and are so dedicated.

I think that to all Ex-Sea Org and current Sea Org members out there, Tommy Davis’s words are an insult and I can list a out a few reasons why Tommy Davis is unlike any most any other Sea Org members out there.

1. Tommy Davis wears suits that cost more than most any physical possessions that 99% of Sea Org members own.

2. Tommy Davis wears wrist watches that cost more than a Sea Org member makes in an entire year of wages.

3. Tommy Davis drives a car luxury SUV around pretty much anywhere he travels to and has his own luxury SUV in LA that he darts around town in. Most Sea Org members could not even afford to purchase gas for a vehicle much less own one or insure one for any length of time.

4. All Sea Org members are required to eat in the local mess hall at their respective Sea Org installations. This is where often lunch consists of maybe some warm slop served up if there was money to purchase enough food that week. In some CONTS, if there is no money for crew food sign is simply put up stating that and you scrounge to find something to eat somehow. Tommy Davis eats regularly and usually any meal that Tommy is eating is costing more than an entire week’s rations of food made available for the average Sea Org member. (at the Int Base, which the food was considered high above most other places, the weekly food allocation for each crew member averaged $1/day per crew member.) The salad that Tommy ate today cost more than most Sea Org members will get in food for the next week.

5. While Tommy Davis is independently wealthy, most Sea Org members have very little to no money and live week to week, barely able to afford basic supplies and a few simple pleasures in life such as a few packs of cigarettes a week or a candy bar in awhile. Some Sea Org members even smoke random used cigarettes out of ashtrays as they can get nothing else when there is no pay for the week or their pay has been docked for any one of many reasons they routinely get punished for.

6. While Tommy Davis is waited on and has people do his laundry for him and keep his rooms and offices clean, most Sea Org members are required to keep their living and work quarters white glove clean even if this means sacrificing the little sleep time they get to do so.

7. Tommy Davis regularly travels all over the world in airplanes. Most Sea Org members will spend the entire career in a single location and most do not have passports or Visas. If they do have a passport or papers, these are usually locked up in the local legal office so that they cannot have any unauthorized access to it and leave without okay.

8. Tommy Davis did drugs AFTER getting involved with Scientology. This is called a “drug revert” and is usually looked down upon in the Sea Org. Most Sea Org members would not qualify to hold an executive position or any elevated post position due to being a drug revert. Somehow this personnel qualification does not apply to Tommy Davis.

9. Tommy Davis lives in a room on his own with his own bathroom. Most Sea Org members share a room with anywhere from 6-30 people with bunk beds stacked 3 high in some installations and in some cases share a common shower or toilet with a single sink for all to use and have to smuggle toilet paper from the org bathrooms to their room so they can take a crap when they get home at night.

10. If Tommy Davis were to ever leave the Sea Org for any reason, he would have his family wealth and parents to support him. Most Sea Org members do not have the luxury of leaving as they have nothing to leave to. In most cases, any family they once had, have not seen or heard from them in years and they have lost touch with. Or in most cases, their families are Scientologists and leaving the Sea Org would result in them being disconnected from them until they paid off their huge Freeloader Debt before they were able to “be part of the group again.”

11. Tommy Davis does whatever he does and goes about his day with no particular set schedule and pretty much lives and works by his own schedule. 99% of all Sea Org members have to attend meals at a set time for anywhere from 15-25 minutes and if they miss the meal they do not eat. They have to attend on average at least 3 musters a day and participate in a roll call where all crew are accounted for. Lateness or being absent could result in harsh penalties.

12. Tommy Davis wears several thousand dollar suits and can pretty much wear what he wants any day of the week. Most all other Sea Org members are required to wear exact specific Sea Org issued uniforms and if the org cannot afford to purchase the uniforms for the staff (as promised to all Sea Org members) they must use their own money to buy uniform parts from the org at marked up prices so that the Sea Org uniform exchange can turn a profit. At some Sea Org installations, daily uniform inspections are held and a Sea Org member missing an item as small as a tie pin can be disciplined.

13. While Tommy Davis has many pairs of expensive leather shoes in his closet, and could probably go 2 weeks without wearing the same pair of shoes twice, most sea Org members own a single pair of uniform shoes which they must wear all week 16 hours/day and one other non uniform pair that they can wear.

14. Tommy Davis has access to newspapers, TV, and the Internet. Most veteran Sea Org members do not even know what the Internet is or have ever sent an email or watched TV in decades. And for those who do know what the internet is, they have no or little filtered access to it at best.

So, Tommy, while you may have joined the Sea Org and you may think you are like everyone else in the Sea Org – you are not and all Sea Org members around you are aware of this. Whether you know it or not, most of the Sea Org staff you come in contact with - despise you and resent the fact that you think you are treated and in the same situation as any of them.

You live in a fairytale land where you think you work hard and are slaving away to save the planet and where Mr. David Miscavige is paving the way for a brand new day.

The harsh reality is that you are a rich bitch kid from Beverly Hills that after travelling the world being David Miscavige’s little spy on Tom Cruise full time ended up getting thrust into being David Miscavige’s little PR bitch cleaning up his messes. Everyone else in the Sea Org knows this Tommy Davis. Maybe if you stopped pretending that this was not the case – you would wake up and leave.

And stop coming over the hill to Burbank to meet with people and spreading your stupid lies about me. The hotel staff there are sick of you and with all I have said above – the word on the street is that you do tip like a Sea Org member.

Until next time…
BFG

First thing is that I believe I read that Tommy has been RPFed? Dosn't
align well with the above.

I happen to know 2 very sweet knowledgable old time Freezoners who know him, and say he's a nice kid, and they knew him before he had his present post. Thats my opinion also for what its worth. And I see him as a victim. An innocent

Also I think he is in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.
Who could do better for the FZ and critical community than his statements so far?

I'm inclined to think he'll be joining us soon.

Tommy Davis a victim? :pfft:

Tommy Davis a nice kid? I have eared him screaming like a raving lunatic. Nice my ass. I saw him screaming a the BBC journalist. This guy is anything but nice.

From what I have read, he lives in a bubble, like a dictator. He's got the money, the power. Plus, do you really thnk he doesnt know he lives like a king while SO members are living like slaves. :furious:

You know, the higher they climb the harder they fall and when he falls, its going to hurt and I have NO empathy for this type of guy who treat his own like they are less than he is. That is the part that really angers me. :grouch:

The SO is so anti democratic it is sickening and when I see people like Davis, Miscavige and many other exes living the good life knowing those under them makes like $20 a week, are treated like criminals, it enrage me to no end.

That's great, but what about the sea org members. How about their shoes? Is it right that Tommy Davis is living in the lap of luxury while they starve? Especially when he could do something about it?

I already did. I have an inclination to do that naturally.

I have learned a lesson from my disorder.
Help those that truly need it and for those that are self centered, mean and purposely close their eyes on the pain they inflinct on others, let them rot.
They will pay the price for their own actions somewhere, somehow.

But dont close your eyes on those that truly need the help. In this case it wuld be the SO that have absolutely no more power over their lives and he sure is not one of them He takes it away from his own kinds.

Sorry, I've done enough giving to the wrong people for too long.

I wonder about that too.. Hmm.. He did mention it was inheritance..

Someone told me that the pay schedule for RTC execs were separate than regular SO personnel which is why Rinder & Rathbun earned $50,000+ yearly and had an expense budget.

When I worked with Mike, he always had credit cards with him but don't know if they were personal or maybe RTC execs had a group card at their disposal.

Whether tommy is a victim or not he remains part of the problem. Blind ignorance or outright refusal to see or speak the truth will never cover his ass.

BTW I happen to know of some of tommy's little personal visits to people's homes. He is an asshole, he screams, yells, threatens and intimidates VERY well while displaying his efforts into family disconnection – he isn’t just a yapping lap dog for davey miscavaige – he is also a henchman and his hands are very, very dirty.

Please do tell.

This is what made me laugh the multi-list of what Tommy "has". At our org the paint was peeling, electricals were substandard and how the "public" would walk in like zombies to events watch VHS tape (in corp America at the time you could do live feed even then) and the set pieces and other crap + the regging.

I just don't get it esp after those things. How do you not speak with a SO member in-house and learn about them like humans do to learn the "truth"?

It's old news really.
I happen to know that he was in the home of a certain family of a certain Int S.O. member. I know there was shoving, a foot in the door to prevent it from closing (sounding familiar Tommy? or is this a regular occurrence for you? did you scuff your fancy shoes on that door frame pretty boy?)
He personally is aware of family disconnection. He also personally shows up to the homes of OT's and confiscates OT materials, while screaming and yelling at the family this Int S.O. member disconnected from.

Oh yes, Tommy has first hand information that family disconnection is alive and well today in scientology. He is PART of the disconnection, aren’t you tommy?
