Depends. Local DSA's call and talk to public. People from OSA Int, not so much.

I got a couple of messages from OSA Flag a few months back. I usually ignore the phone calls from the cult. I was curious about why OSA was calling and figured it was something "important". I got my courage up and called them back.

They were trying to get me to buy the basics.
