I checked out two of the courses, just out of curiosity, wondering if it was multiple choice or smart in some way or what. The ones I checked were the assists one and the 3rd Party Law one. I assume the others follow the same pattern.

They display the relevant chapter onscreen, or you can download it in PDF form. There is no kind of interactive reading program, no multiple questions or any direct check on your understanding of the material. Each of those two "courses" had four practicals, the same as in the book and full VMH course, as far as I remember. (They just took the first four of the Assists practicals, not all of them). The student sends in a write-up after doing the practical, and a human grades it, either by saying OK or by pointing out which bit of text you should re-read. Once complete, they will send you a certificate for that course.

Plus a more-than-lifetime supply of promo, but they don't tell you that. :)

The only real thing of note is that the last time I looked they had only about a third or quarter of the whole book online. This looks like all of it, pretty much.

Ask yourself, Why would people that have done OT 7 and 8 be on this board? Why would staff that worked for the Cof$ for 30+ years end up on this board?
