Here's an idea:
Why don't protestors play interviews like Marty Rathbun's and others as well as other vidoes on laptops that have large screens infront of the orgs?
Holding up a newspaper is nice but not the same as a video screen.
Otherwise, they will never see these interviews or stories of people who have left.

Have you ever seen how hard it is to get through to them?

I believe the ones that will see what is there to see will see it. The ones that wont, will never see it and don't want to. They can't be forced to see something they don't want to see. :confused2:

Pictures and video have a much greater effect than just plain words.
If a video is running on a laptop outside of the Org, they have to see it when the walk in or out.
Even if they only watch 5 seconds of an interview or a video as they walk by, it may start to sink in whats going on.

Sorry guys,
You think they will be allowed to see it or to walk anywhere near it, NOT EVEN REMOTELY LIKELY!
They will shut staff and public in until your permitted time for the protest expires.

Video on a laptop like this is a waste of time, unless the laptop screen is ten foot across. But it is easy to make an mp3 of the AUDIO from a video, and play that through a loudspeaker of some kind. That would be effective. Eyes can be easily averted or closed, but ears can't.

You could take the juiciest statement and put in a repetitive playing loop
system with a decent amplifier and speaker hung around your neck and
keeping it very brief so that only 5 seconds would give some key words to
trigger some thoughts with people.
But really, Gerry is correct when he says above that no one who is really IN
is going to be affected by whatever. I'd even go so far as to say that if they
saw DM beating on someone on the steps of FCDC they would certainly have
to justify it as OK ! :duh: :omg:
I'm almost done with BFG's new book and it staggers one to see how much
crap people will put up with to stay on the "ONLY ROAD TO TOTAL FREEDOM".
It is more like the only road to guaranteed slavery.
One would think that those on Solo Nots would take a walk along the remote
beach north of Clearwater Beach and ask themselves if the Condition they are
in even remotely resembles what they were expecting and postulating as an
Operating Thetan. :duh: :duh: :grouch:
Of course even without stats it is rather apparent that most "OT" 7 & 8's
are now outside the insanity looking back in. At a guess 3 to 1.

Maybe because pickets are geared toward quick eyecatching glances...people do stop and talk but they're not exactly watching tv. That's why, I believe, some picket signs have URLs, as do some leaflets.

Isn't it true that a picture is worth a thousand words?
If thats the case, how many words is a video worth?
I'm not saything that they should use this in replacement of words but in addition to words, as an extra tool.

I agree with the others on this. Sorry, Flash.

Having been at raids where people tried this with audio, I have to agree that it's just not gonna work. It's too hard to have something portable that will produce the kind of volume and clarity that you need for peopel to be able to understand what's going on, and unless you can summarize exactly what's up in the blink of an eye, you're already tl;dr/w/l
Sorry man.
Maybe if you had a projection screen, but even then they'd bust out curtain or tarp tech.

Or maybe a LCD or plasma screen mounted on the side of a truck?

How about e-mailing or mailing all the St ,Petersburg articles to all orgs and missions and scientology related companies?Even as Knowledge reports half of them will be read by someone and then will come out in their auditing cycles.:whistling: tessa

Not a bad idea, Tessa. People will try to explain them away but I bet some seeds would be planted and some people would pay attention.
