He used law firm Carter-Ruck to bully retailers (in England) into withdrawing The Complex from sale (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/11/11/amazon_pulls_scientology_expose/). Why? He was upset with John Duignan's description of him. (To clarify: not disputing the accuracy of what John Duignan is saying, only that he is upset). And no-one wants to take on the might of Carter-Ruck.
(My understanding is that the people sent the legal threat aren't even allowed to mention the reasons stipulated in the Carter-Ruck letter, shame it got leaked ITT)

Help please #2:
Anyone got a copy of The Complex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Complex:_An_Insider_Exposes_the_Covert_World_o f_the_Church_of_Scientology)? Fancy hunting out the paragraph(s) which talk about Horst Tubbesing? i.e. the bits that hurt his feelings. As a big 'fuck-off' to Carter-Ruck. We can post the paragraph(s), in full, here. (Kind of like a Streisand Effect).
It will be tedious hard work, I imagine. 100+ internets to anyone who can achieve this.
(Although they will still have achieved their aim of getting the books removed from high-street shelves)

Help please #3:
Please see if you can find any recent (online) Indian newspaper articles on Scientology. List all the links.
They will almost certainly mention Horst Tubbesing. For puff-pieces, I want to try and get the names of the reporters who penned them. I suppose they can be forgiven for being deceived by the cult (http://www.fair-news.org/journalist.php) ; they aren't necessarily gullible or corrupt. Poons to him/her and the Editors may help resolve things :)

Horst is a VERY high ranking (worldwide) Scientologist, not your rank-and-file scilon.
Jenny is his daughter, she used to be in a senior position in the Sea Org L.Ron Hubbard PR office. She now lives in LA with her husband, David Brainard. (Her BFF in LA is Serena Lorien, who has a part in the new Superman movie)

D/ is deputy/, second in command of whatever area.

PES = Public Executive Secretary, the person over the public divisions, those that deal with getting new people into the org, and servicing them with basic services until they are ready for the hard stuff that is delivered by Div 4.
