Whatever became of this lawsuit? Did it ever get filed or go to court?
Did just the threat cause the book sellers to back down?

it was to get publisher to back down, you can get a copy of Tom Cruise, An Unauthorised Biography by Andrew Morton at local library. It is a good read, especially the section about TC not having dyslexia at school, which he claims as a "win". this is an old news=story
