Who has been on staff longest and received less auditing

Just wondering how long someone spent on staff aand receive hardly no auditing. I know a guy , Rick Hickey, on staff at boston org that been on staff 18 years and was only ARC straightwire completion.

My mother. She has been in the Sea Org since 1975 and she is suppoedly Clear (though she is not, I know). She is, based on her folder, a Purif completion. She has done it several times and has not moved much on the Bridge since attesting to Clear.

That is just too sad. Or maybe a good thing - she's not getting her brains scrambled.
