I have met them and spoke with them and they sort of know me too. I knew a patient of Eric Berg's partner who he brought into Scientology.

Hi Colleen,
Would that partner be Mark Chalfant? I understand that his wife Vicki is a prominent figure in CoS. Here is a bit of association:
Ideal Org Contributers:
Governor
Eric Berg Mark Chalfant
Karen Berg Vicki Chalfant
Governor = $5,000
Basically, I am looking for any information and mostly I am trying to determine how many people that the Berg's have brought or tried to bring into the Mission from the Health and Wellness Center.

I don't have anymore data, except that one of Mark's clients came to me and was very very in love with Mark and thought that Mark loved her too. She left Scientology when she realized that Mark was just being his usual friendly self. Personally, she had a lot of money and lived alone and was lonely so I think she was a good target.

For some reason there were as many as 10 "guests" at a time watching this thread this morning.
Is something going on with the Bergs? Maybe they blew!!!!

Blow? With they're own business right there, very doubtful.

I just thought it was kind of interesting. I like to watch the "Who's on line" channel to see what OSA has their attention on. Usually it is obvious flaps like right now it is Uwe, Debbie Cook and Moxon threads.
So when I saw the Berg thread getting all kinds of attention I thought WTF?

There was a fellow who had a family member he was extremly upset about starting to lose to scientology's mind-*uck. after contact with the Berg's operation in Alexandria.
He undertook to exact revenge by spamming the hell out of them via email. The Berg's made a complaint to the police to bring criminal charges. The guy contacted me in a panic, after being visited by a detective, and I referred him to this lawyer:

Who made the entire affair go away.
this was 2 years ago.
The MORAL of this story, just because scientology is an evil (http://www.lermanet.com/exit/CST-miscavige-and-satanism.htm) satanic, naziesque (http://www.lermanet.com/books/books-scared-them.htm), criminal organization (http://www.lermanet.com/LRonHubbard5.htm) with prior convictions for FRAUD, (http://www.lermanet.com/scientologynews/catholicsentinel-conviction-031778.htm) Conspiracy (http://www.lermanet.com/reference/77Granjurypart1.htm) and Breach of the public Trust, (http://www.lermanet.com/reference/scientologyincanada.htm) does not give us the right to break the law, and we don't have cash available from the extreme profit margins available from selling the public a peice of blue sky (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~dst/Library/Shelf/atack/) to buy sleazy lawyers (http://www.lermanet.com/cos/underbelly.html)willing to lie to 'make it go right'.
There is a legal concept called Natural right of privelige, this allows you to, for example, tresspass on private property, if the highway is blocked by an accident, in order to continue your journey unimpeded.. This was the concept *I* had in mind when I posted 61 copyright pages of the 1978 version of scientology's OT levels 1 thru 7 to the net in 1995.
The law states that in order to protect the public safety...you may claim that natural right.
What this means is you can argue it as a defense. This does not mean you will win. It did help me to survive 1,740,000 dollars of scientology's litigation in RTC vs Lerma, because that act was done, by me, with the intent to protect the public from a FRAUD of galactic proportions.
This is also called the "doing the right thing" defense..
Spamming and harrasing scientology in general would not even have that option available as a defense.

OSA's stat sheet states that anything considered an 'attack' on scientology or the good name of L Rum Hubtoad counts against your 'stats' unless you 'handle' it.. apparently 'handling' has devolved to making silent fone calls and signing your email up for spam mailings...
If the don't 'handle' it before 2Pm thursday it counts against them...
Reminds me of that silly brit sitcom, "Keeping up Appearances" or similar..

Interesting... I noticed that the web site DoctorScoreCard got spammed recently also. Fortunately the owner of the site removed the spam posted to the Dr. Eric E. Berg, DC scorecard:
http://www.doctorscorecard.com/view?id=Eric_Berg_VA
I suspect that COS finally noticed the large amount of commentary about Berg and COS posted there and started spamming.

Has anybody heard about where the Scientology Alexandria of Mission will move to?
Here is a real estate posting of the building where the mission is housed. It says that the building will be vacant on 01/01/2009:
http://www.weichert.com/search/realestate/PropertyListing.aspx?P=20692977&cityid=591&mls=18&pg=2
The HWC keeps an adjoining room for seminars where they pitch their phony treatments to the unsuspecting public.
Will the COS buy the building?
SMI still lists the same address:
http://www.smi.org/address/eus01.htm
Interesting, here is a list to rent space in the building:

And another:
