I was in PAC at about 90 -91.
Curious about what happened to:

Deborah Woerndle (flag bureaux) swiss national and ex-wife, she divorced me after I blew. Imagine that!

Nicole her friend (flag bureaux) who was also swiss from Zurich org

Dave Urban, the PES at CLO WUS

Kay Rowe

Donnie Margo who was a room mate.

And does some one know the name of the Public Contact Aide INT at that time?

Also who was the older woman in the CLO WUS HCO? Nice lady. Stressed?

Kirsty Alley (celeb) who I saw once in AOLA.

Kay Rowe...

Last I recall, assuming it is accurate, (ca. 1995) she was with IAS, regging. Different last name by then.

Denise Whitta maybe for the other one?

Kirsty Alley (celeb) who I saw once in AOLA.

Cute username, Tom;)

If you are asking about Kirsty, I've met her a few times:

She started a ginger-breadesque Mission around mid ninety's in Wichita, Kansas. (her hometown).

Kirsty visits there often and does fundraisers for getting people into the limping, bare, place, but to little avail.

Funny (ha ha) story about Kay Rowe.

It was the mid-to-late 1990's. I was on the BC at ASHO. Kaye and her minions come in to the course room at 5 minutes to "that's it" for their weekly fear-briefing on the SPs in Germany, France & Russia and to hold everyone hostage till they cough up money for the IAS.

My annual membership had been canceled mid-stream and the price had been raised from $300 per year, to $450 per year. I had been denied my 20% discount on some auditing I had purchased, even though I was still in the middle of my $300 annual membership.

So Kaye starts telling us, as usual, how important it is to take responsibility for Scientology and the horrendous suppression in France, Germany and Russia by giving money to the IAS.

When she's done, she bee-lines over and sits next to me as I'm adding up my points. She says, "All right Alanzo, time for you to make a donation."

I tell her about my annual membership and how it has been canceled mid-year and how I'd had to pay thousands of dollars more for my auditing than I ordinarily would, and how all my KRs and phone calls and everything else on this cycle had either been shunted off or ignored.

And so now that I had a representative of the IAS sitting in front of me, talking about the importance of taking responsibility, I'm finally confident that this matter will get handled.

She said, "That doesn't have anything to do with me.", got up and walked away.

Okay, maybe it wasn't very funny.

But it was Kay.

I remember those briefings to students. I wouldn't let them go for a long time because my students had to have enough sleep to be studentable. I kicked them out on one because the students had to go eat dinner and come back.

Was that Claire Marchand?

That name sounds right, I was thinking Carrol. But Claire sounds right. Long brown hair past the shoulders? She was about in her 50s or maybe even 60's.

Denise sounds right. Thin lady, in her 30s, thin and not a bit unsure. Straight, long, sandy blonde hair. Right?

I don't think so. I didn't know too many people at INT. Bridget doesn't sound familiar. I know the post: Public Contact Aide INT in 1990-91. I think she was pretty new on post - as there was a mission to fully staff Div6, from INT down. That's how I got posted to DIV 6 at CLO. Denise sounded right.

Speaking of long brown hair, do you remember Penny? She was the MAA ASHO when I was there. Also Jenny, I believe her name, was the ASHO courseroom supervisor. Anyway, she had been there for a long time.

At ASHO in the early 90's, there was Penny Keaton who was the DCO, (long blond hair) and then there was also Genie with the short brown hair, who was a Supervisor.

I think I got confused and thought you were talking about an IAS reg. That would be Bridget.

Penny left the Sea org after doing a huge handling with Lenny Kravitz that got him his first recording contract.

Her and Lenny both checked out, not together, not at exactly the same time, a month or so spread.

Penny was married to a great guy, he was not a Sea org member, I think she took some heat for that although he supported her for years with her interests and commitments to the Sea Org. Penny was one of those people who never turned mean for any reason, very high ARC, a BIG being. Just a wonderful person.

We used to hang out after post at nightclubs in L.A. together from time to time , lots of fun. If she had been posted at CC INT as president that place would have boomed.

Penny if you see this love ya XXOO.

I remember that.

Penny was great. She's the one who hooked me back up with Charles Lakes and raised the money to send me out to do TRs and assists with him before each of his events at the Olympic Trials in 1988. Charles was only expected to, maybe, be an alternate on the team. Maybe.

He won the whole thing. He was was the No. 1 qualifier on the 1988 US Olympic team headed to Seoul, Korea.

I remember once I was sitting at my desk at home, working. All of a sudden I got this BIG THOUGHT of PENNY KEATON in my head. I thought, "Wow. Am I thinking about Penny Keaton right now, or what!"

Just then I looked at my phone.

It rang!

I picked it up and said, "Hello?"

"Allen? It's Penny."

I freaked out on her and told her the story.

She said, "I know. Whenever I do call-in, I always look at the next name on the list and "call them" in the theta universe before I dial their number."

I wonder where Penny is now....

Great story Alanzo!

Thanks for sharing. There were some magical moments in the good old days.

I bumped in to her a few years later after she had left.

She looked just great, totally keyed out.

She is more than likely working in the music industry.

She is the kind of person that will always do well.

I wouldn't be surprised if she pops up over here.

There was a Penny at ASHO in the mid to late nineties, long reddish light brown hair, I think she was the Qual sec. I don't think her last name was Keaton though, at least not at that time. Is this the same woman? If not, does anyone know who I'm talking about? I always liked her a lot.

This Penny was petite and had thick brown hair to her shoulder at least and she was responsible for checking me into the SO and checking me out.

She was a cool lady. Kept her cool.

Okay, I asked is anyone knew the name of the Public Contact Aide INT in '90 - '91. It might be less confusing is I asked for the name of the Public Contact Aide at Flag Bureuax in '90 - '91.

Also, instead of asking about Deborah Woerndle (a maden name) how about her married name, Deborah Weeks? As she was married to me. She was at the reception desk at Flag Bureaux a lot in the years '90 - '91. Sandy blonde hair? She was about 24 at the time. Had a peculiar German/British accent. I've got no idea what happened to her after I blew. She did send me divorce papers, but only threw a lawyer.
