Like any good chess player, we should be thinking a few moves ahead. One possibility which might happen, considering the way things are going, is that DM might have to grab a brief case full of money and go into hiding. If this happens, we should have already figured out where he would be going. So lets make some guesses now.

So if he does have to go into hiding, where will he go, and what kind of Mode of Operation will he use?

Hmmm, THAT'S tough to say......maybe he'll try to 'blend in' with vacationers in the Caribbean or something....can ya'll see DM wearing bermuda shorts, no shirt, floppy straw hat, nose covered in white sunscreen, sunning his pale self on the beaches of the Caribbean?

So if he [DM] does have to go into hiding, where will he go ...

Scotland, in close proximity to his favourite distillery.

I am guessing Kyalami Castle in South Africa:

I am almost expecting to hear any day now that DM has ordered all of his own transcripts and despatches to the Base shredded. Or moved to South Africa. (BTW, does anyone actually know if that castle is really meant for the home of management or as an Advanced Org for Africa?)

I did some googling around about the Kyalami Castle in South Africa. The Castle itself was buildt in 1990 by an eccentric architect as a private home. It is not a real castle. It was later converted to a "Boutique Hotel" that has 24 guest rooms. Doesn't seem like much room for a flood of scientology customers! There are no quarters for the staff that would be needed to service the castle, DM and his entourage, and the customers. Incidentally, Michael Jackson tried to buy it a few years ago, when he was under seige for pedophilia at Neverland ranch in CA. It is all show and no substance, just like scientology.

It is located in the richest suburb of Johannesburg, about 20 miles from the airport. The area has a very active preservation committee that seems to be quite adamantly opposed to any developement of the area that would not enhance the gentile "horse country" atmosphere. Building permits would be hard to come by. http://www.thepropertymag.co.za/pages/452774491/articles/2007/May/Articles/NW-A-good-track-record-Kyalami.asp

Nearby, within a mile of the "castle" down bucolic winding country roads, there is an international race track, a huge gambling casino (Montecasino), golfcourses, all manner of entertainments for the wealthy and ironically, a huge prison. I wonder if DM will have to look at that prison every day from his own private "Bulgravia"? Or even better, I hope he will be looking up the hill at his pretend castle from his cell in Lonehill and Leeukop Prison!

Unless he's planning on plastic surgery or elevator shoes he will have to look for a country that has no diplomatic relations or extradition treaties with the U.S.

Unfortunately I think that list is shrinking.

Take your pick DM. Bhutan, Iran, North Korea, and Taiwan :whistling:

Nozeno-you forgot-how could you, the worker's paradise of Yemen.

It's not clear based on the little research that I've done that Davie boy would be safe in Yemen. While the US has no extradition agreement with Yemen it appears that it does maintain diplomatic relations.

I am going to have to expand the list a bit because I found some more choices for DM.

Andorra, Angola, Bantu Homelands, Bosnia, Cambodia, Ciskei, Cuba, Libya, Maldives, Serbia, Somalia,Transkei, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.

And before you ask, I have no idea where Transkei is and I know Google is my friend, I just don't care.

I guess the ideal policy for this situation is "The Responsiblity of Leaders." Apparently it is the responsibility of leaders to amass tons of cash, get black mail on everyone and then go relax some where.

How will DM fullfill this responsibility? DM won't have loyalty like LRH did. When he disappears, he's going to have to have access to some money. He can't go live doing odd jobs, he's too used to the good life.

Seems to me Federal Prison is his best option. Why not? He would be as safe there as anywhere. Doesn't seem like too much of a stretch to me.:eyeroll:

The Vatican City-is perfect, it's a papal state, priests are drinkers and is full of religious people just like Davey.

He'll be with Matt Lauer, probably. "Where in the world are Matt Lauer and David Miscavige" (and who cares?)

He will become comatose so it really doesn't matter.

I'm thinking end game might look like this: Next to all of the SO is disbanded/ offloaded and DM and a small band of loyal followers live it up in a smaller SO. They get to keep all the properties tax free and they can live off of all the money they've squirreled away - how ever much that is.

I think he'll find somewhere very safe. Because once he is on his own, I don't care how many loyal followers he has - there are too many people that want his ass in a sling. And there are probably a few that are willing to spend some time in prison just for making DM pay for his crimes.
