I'm sure they just had to move the crapper, and with it half the walls and interior partitions to align with a new LRH intention they discovered.

Scientology construction is a direct dramatization of the ineffectiveness of the management, administration and policy. It's a concrete example. Any non-Scientological company can complete a building. The church takes a route so far from A to B that it has to be seen to be believed. The amount of waste in time and materials is staggering.

Someone who can never complete a cycle of action is psychotic to the extent that this happens. Someone who only sometimes doesn't do it- which are most people- isn't in that category.

Also, one has to have a majority of the anti social traits to be an antisocial personality. Not coincidentally, those traits are also characteristics of psychosis.

A trait (not in that particular PL's list of traits but LRH does talk about this and I bet he's not the only one who does) that is symptomatic of a very destructive person (call him or her whatever name you prefer. It's all the same to me.) is someone who constantly stops others. CofS has that in spades.

It is in Florida - a place where they run tubes into the walls on new construction to allow poison to be dumped in to kill off home-invading insects. It already has infestations. Home sweet home...

I think it's likely it will never be used by the church. For them to use it as something else after all the publicity would be the biggest flap ever. Plus that will be an expensive building to run if it's not generating any cash. What Davey really needs is a tornado to come knock it down. It would be the only way he could save face.
