Hi All,

My name is Jason and I just came out on OCMB:
http://ocmb.xenu.net/ocmb/viewtopic.php?t=29126

I am starting to share my experiences in the SO, where I worked at INCOMM, trying to implement Hubbards "whole track" computer systems.

I welcome any questions or comments from the members on this board.

Cheers,

Jason

Jason Harris, welcome.

You seem something like a living legend. I hope you can fill in the blanks and add some juicy details.

Do you still have the passwords for the systems? Or for the backdoors?:coolwink:

Mate, you are more than welcome here - how did you get to LA? Were you ever at CLO ANZO? Take your time and settle in, have a beer or two and spin us a few yarns, cobber!!

"Jason, did you hear that X (won't spell out his name, since his job prospects could be limited by the story leaking out) walked out with all the SIR tape info, all the OSA LAL and LAR computers (the old OSA Int intell libraries that INCOMM held for OSA Int), and the uplines SIR libraries, all sorts of CMO Int, WDC and COB traffic all on some MIPS tapes, the compact ones, X crammed LOADS onto 2-3 tapes and, NOT ONCE, but TWICE! "

Now, that would fix any hidden data line for once and for all.

Amen

I get an enourmous feeling of relief, just imagining it~:D

Hi Jason,
I just finished reading your posts on OCMB, fantastic stuff, mate!
Thank you so much for having the courage to tell your story, I'm sure it's going to curl some people's hair!
Just when they thought they knew how off-the-wall CofS is, they're going to have to look at the fact that the truth is something beyond their wildest imaginings!

Excerpt from the OCMB thread:

Knowing of the 1977 raid and to prevent it from happening again, there was
one person in charge of the entire system who sat at the back of this huge
room, behind locked doors and secured glass. Knowing that in the event of a
raid the power might be turned off, INCOMM had backup battery systems and
generators whose sole purpose was to keep the system on line long enough for the systems operator to crash and trash it. The only entrance was not only secured but had TV cameras so that, Foster figured, that even with the
highest speed of a raid, the systems operator had more than enough time to
crash/trash the system to prevent it from being confiscated.

Apparently the first time a "crash/trash" was done was in 1985. Scientology
staff arrived one morning and found they had no computer files. INCOMM said
there was a "crash" but what happened was that a rumor of an impending IRS
raid had caused them to delete all files. There was no raid and despite the
pleas of many, the files were NOT restored.

They could have restored the files. Foster had initiated twice daily backups
of the entire system. These were to be taken off-site to a confidential
location by a secured courier, with only a few people knowing that location.

All of this was why INCOMM prided itself on being uncrackable.

This is how "bookies" operate...running numbers rackets, illegal gambling and so on. They would record the bets on 'flash' paper and set it on fire if the door got busted down. Clearly this is a "criminal" operating basis.

If they WEREN'T DOING anything illegal, why the need to "crash and trash"?

Stupid cult is stupid.

Yes Jason:

Welcome out!

By the way, what is the deal with OCMB nowadays?

Seems to be a very closed, insular community over there.
Not unlike the church itself, where communication is
closely controlled and monitored.

Maybe OCMB is a sort of "half-way" house, where folks can
go who are still reeling from the church experience and need
a place where church-thinking and control is considered "cool".

Its great to see you are feeling more comfortable now in poking
around and speaking up.

A huge welcome to you, Jason! Thank you for the link to OCMB. Great post! Love the story about planet "Chug". :hysterical: Couldn't Ron have thought up a better name than that? I mean, it's even more silly than "Teegeeack".

Please tell us more of your experiences in Incomm! :prettyplease:

Hi All,

Thank-you for the warm welcome. Must be something to do with all the Aussies on the board.

Do you still have the passwords for the systems? Or for the backdoors?

No backdoors and passwords. But I have some juicy details.

how did you get to LA? Were you ever at CLO ANZO?

I was originally on staff at Perth Foundation. I was recruited by Betty Ingram (would love to here about her if anyone knows the real story). Worked in HCO with Neville White. He eventually went to CLO ANZO and I became the HAS. Ended up in Div 6. I did go to the CLO for ethics/training one time
I had expressed interest in joining INCOMM (my "wog" job was progamming). A man-up mission was operating in LA, they sent a guy to CLO ANZO. This guy sent Rex (from Ghana?) to extract me from Perth. I only stopped at the CLO long enough to get a passport and a ticket and then straight to LA.

After 94, when I came back here to Oz, I lived in Perth, but had to go to the CLO twice to complete all the leaving steps. Got audited at the AO by Martin Bentley (or some similar car sounding name).

As Aussies/Kiwis come...can the bloody "pommies" be far behind?

Us Aussies always lead the way, and yes, the pommies are close behind...

Was kinda scary and exciting, wasn't it?
How do ya feel?

It was more a matter of why did I wait so long. But it is exciting and I feel great about. Surprised at how good I feel about it.

If they WEREN'T DOING anything illegal, why the need to "crash and trash"?

What kind of a religion would have a system like that?

By the way, what is the deal with OCMB nowadays?

I have only ever been a bit player there. I did stop reading for a while as there was nothing being posted I cared about, and it was under attack for a while too. It went back to "normal?" a little while back. Any group will change depending on who is active at the time.

Do you happen to have any Goldenrod with your name on it yet?

Not yet.....

Stan D'Teque,

Do you want to know another coincidence? I used to live in Quininnup, South West WA. Rex used to live there. I popped in and visited him once. Spitting image of Nev, especially the mannerisms. Me and Nev went through some stuff together. We even got sh*t done and handled some stuff.

I heard he moved back down south at one point.

Would love to be in contact with him again. He was still the Snr HAS ANZO when I came back to Oz and routed out. Would love to hear what he was told about me during that cycle.

Hi Pelagic,

Thanks for your posts.

I do have a couple of mysteries you could shed some light on if you choose to do so.

Firstly, what the heck was LRH's vision for computerizing the planet the Scientology way? I know about his ideas about running whole planets and systems completely by computer decision, including personnel selection, removal, etc. Of course some of the existing systems are some pale and ridiculous attempt at doing some of it (Mercury message system ala 1980, TNT system for enforcing compliance, personnel and ethics data bases, etc.) But I never got the big picture of the supposed plan.

Secondly, are you familiar with the massive RTC mission to Incomm which essentially declared all of Incomm at one point after an apparent compromise of internal information? Was this the very mission that resulted in you being sec checked for being a plant? Just about all I know about it is that Liz Ingber was on that mission, possibly as the I/C, and that it was one of the most un-spoken-of missions ever, rating up there with the best/worst of them. If so, could you enlighten us as to what that was all about?

Hey LBV,

Would that have been in the aftermath of the "Miss BloodyButt" Affair?
Great insight to that here: http://forum.exscn.net/showthread.php?t=1526

Div6,

Yes, thanks, that is it. No wonder it remains one of the least discussed matters inside; I only heard minor whisperings of it even at Int level. What a mess, certainly sounds like the worst flap in Incomm history. And all that for leaking ONE confidential internal memo. Good grief!
