More bad news for Scilons Inc. In the past, scientology has successfully imported foreign Sea Org members into the US using Religious Worker Visas, for such duties as "housekeeping" and assorted administative, PR and non-religious functions.

A few months ago, significant new restrictions were made to the Religious Worker Visa program; details in earlier thread:

http://forums.whyweprotest.net/123-leaks-legal/us-government-enacts-revised-regulations-reduce-religious-worker-visa-fraud-33875/

Now an entire category of the Religious Worker Visa program is set to be eliminated next month.

On a related note, US Immigation is also tightening up the documents required to employ all foreign workers; not just Religious Worker Visa holders, but all foreign workers. The US Immigration seems to be cracking down on immigration fraud, which is exactly what they promised to do in congressional hearings a couple years ago.

Not in ANZO it won't - it could well be four people per bed. There's only one SO berthing place over here, and there are heaps who have gone over there, over the years.

Do ya reckon they will find some way around this? Like, how easy would it for an ANZO-ite who's been living and working there in the SO for years, to get permanent residency?

my guess is that everyone will be ordered to do the ministers course. It only takes a couple of days to complete, voila - certified minister.

Well, here is my Volunteer Minister certificate.
Here is my Minister's License for the State of California.
Well, yea, I am going to Florida but I am a minister...
Yea, I will be working for the OSA there.
Yes, my duties will include finding out all the transgressions of the parishioners of my church and exposing them for the world to see.
Yes, my sponsor gets $44 per week, and they can share that if I loose my job.
If nothing else, I can apply for welfare...
REJECTED!!!
What if I marry some American girl?
