Good video, Karen!
Many of us here would remember Lia, who posted under a few different pseudonyms at ESMB and was here for quite a while, maybe 2-3 years.
There was a point here, too, that she tried to get others involved in her personal mission to get photos and vids of abuse within COS, but nobody here was the least bit interested. We told her it was a foolish and dangerous idea.
Nobody here knew she was later caught, held and blackmailed, coerced and bribed to try to fraudulently state you and other prominent exes were involved in her caper. Yes, she stated something like that here, but Lia had told a lot of unreliable stories here on the forum. We couldn't even be sure she was serious about what she was saying, but then when she actually carried out her private personal 'mission' to obtain documentation, it was a bit of a surprise to us all. Clearly she'd never even met you. I doubt she ever even sent an email to your public email address before that out-of-the blue accusation. None of us here had personally met her or spoken with her before she took off with that wild idea in her head.
Where do people get such ideas?
Like you said, the Church (Cult) of Scientology is all about spying, following people, photographs and videos and Lia was an exScn, so learned about it from her time there. There are hundreds of documents in the form of church 'policy' describing details of how members are expected to destroy critics by spreading false propaganda, using family and friends against them, harassment at their jobs, and outright malicious lies. Some of it is much, much worse - legal harassment to financially break critics, legal harassment to force ex-members to stop speaking out about the crimes, poisoned family pets, and a trail of hundreds of mysterious, unexplained deaths of exes who, conveniently had fatal accidents just before going to court, or just before getting a refund, or just before leaving the church, or just after exposing some of the horrendous crimes committed by this mafioso style organization masquerading as a religious institution. What other 'church' has had its top members indicted or imprisoned for the largest infiltration of government organizations committed on US soil?
I am sorry to hear how Lia was held for a week and her heart torn by these brutal monsters who insisted on involving themselves in the custody battle of her children, bribing on the one hand, and covertly threatening on the other. It's so, so Scientology. She was just a girl. And then to try to get her to say you were involved? lol. The lying and fraud never ends with Scientology, and just when you think they couldn't go any lower, they do.
It's hard to imagine any other church doing something like that. In fact, I can't picture it at all. But then, 'church' is just dressing for what the organization actually is, much as the Italian mafia would use an innocent bookshop front for illegal gambling and prostitution in the back. It always has to 'look' innocuous and socially acceptable, but it is an entirely different beast altogether.
