I didn't realize all this about Grand Juries. There are distinct advantages in using them when going after mafia like organizations such as Scientology.

I didn't realize all this about Grand Juries. There's are distinct advantages in using them when going after mafia like organizations such as Scientology.

They have a lot of power and would be the best way to go after Scientology. They can go into a church and go anywhere in the church and look around, ask questions.

The one thing they can't do is convict, that is left to the normal course of jurisprudence.
