I believe in the time track of theta, lrh talks about how theta can diverge into different lines. In other words split off and in effect create a new being.

I think LRH was still shy about individuality back in those days Alex and still trying to look pretty to those "nirvana huggers" that believe we are all one. I was referring to another tape probably in 52 or after when LRH was adamant about beings as individuals and far from implanted "oriental" views of "theta" (we are all one, the I is illusion).

It would make sense though that beings can create others. This would explain idiots like DM existing for the mere reason of randomity for bigger players.

More importantly would be how to uncreate such beings or are they immortal too?
