It sounds like a rebuttal to another politician who HAS done favors for the cult.

In the comments somebody said he goes on to say, "But Xenu is my homeboy!"

hahaha! I want to hear the whole thing now.

It is a scandal that just brought down the conservative (Liberal Party) leader in South Australia.

How can a liberal be a conservative? Or is he a conservative liberal? I'm confused.

The Liberal Party in Australia is the conservative leaning or more right wing party (Republican). The Labour Party is what you septics might call liberal or tending to the left (Democrat), though they are peas in a pod really.

Yep, that's how we do it in Oz.
We used to have a Democrat Party here too until everybody realised how undemocratic they were. :D

What happened to the Australian Democrats? I followed their fortunes for a while and, since we're talking about South Australia, (very briefly) carried a torch for *Senator Stott-Despoja. I always thought if I was an Aussie they'd be the party I'd have supported.
