It took Gary a long time to get to do what he did and his part in it is miniscule compared to Rathbun and Rinder etc..

I'm pretty sure they'll get there eventually - in this case, it does take as long as it takes.:D

Time will tell if Rathbun and Rinder have the integrity to fully confess to their wrongdoings. But if they don't start soon, they'll continue to be pariahs and perhaps worse !

In my estimation, Miscavige is desperately trying to maintain order and NOW would be a good time for a "death" blow to "his order". I suspect they might have the knowledge to take down DM's PR machine permanently.
