Yep. I think that Kathy's thread has helped a lot of people.

And, again, I've heard that people find it even easier to get IAS money refunded. Surprised me greatly but that's what I've heard alleged. So that could be an additional place from which to get a refund.

Wonderful, FF. I'm glad you posted that. Them and their #(&%^*# money back guarantee. Considering the way they treat anyone who disagrees and their opinions of such people, it's just such a mess and so inconsistent. People should ask for their money back. Even when I was in and somewhat party line, I used to think the way they handled refund situations was ridiculous.
