In that video why did the guy get mad? I thought scientologists are able to control their emotion and they never get mad. So is this real?

Why are you highlighting the upset of John Sweeney? Oh, I forgot..... you still can't make up your mind about the cult that doesn't want you because you are an illegal PC.

Anyway, John Sweeney has more integrity in his pinkey than Tommy Davis, who set that whole 'entheta' anti-psych visit up to upset John intentionally.

Maybe I can help here.
There are 2 incidents of people getting mad in the segment.
John, the BBC reporter doing an excellent job of cutting the communication of an amateur spokesperson who's biggest verbal weapon is cutting other's communication.
The Second incident is Tommy Davis, the aforementioned amateur spokesperson.
John is not a Scientologist that I know of.
Tommy is.

In Scientology there are 2 portions which you see here.

First, the Training Routines (TRs) which are a series of drills designed to create a non-flinching non-autoreacting persona for each individual.
The TRs were/are a beginning training for an auditor so that the auditor does not make distracting reactions to the person being audited.
When a person's TRs are "IN" then they are not making reactions that are not thought out before doing.
The reactions are not automatic.
(This does not address the reactions caused by the person's overall view of life and the world, etc.)

Second, the Tone Scale which is the relative gradient of emotional expression.
A Scientologist, Clear, OT is supposed to be able to move freely from one emotion to another as needed.

The point where Tommy is stating that he is angry, his TRs are IN (full control of his reactions) and he is expressing his version of angry.
The point where John is bashing Tommy with full verbal output, Tommy's TRs go out and he founders a moment about what to do to regain control.
