The guy seems mental......but I don't really pick up the threat vibe from what I have seen so far. We had an OT VIII (Greg Layton) in DC physically hit a female anon ...unfortunately no cameras. So well done on the vid tech.

And this bizarre behavior is just indicative of the huge amount of stress Scn Inc is undergoing...

I don't doubt that the guy was pissed off and angry, but whilst he may legally have assaulted 3 people, most people's perception of the footage will be that you're making a song and dance about if it's publicised as such.

I hope he is charged for what he did (especially taking into account the CofS's two faced attitude to such things), but PR wise, crying wolf will do a disservice to Aaron, Carmel, Feral, Scooter, Mrs Pattycake, and others.

My opinion anyway.

On the other hand, given the reports and the footage, it DOES look as though he was trying to provoke a fight, and with the circumstances surrounding Aaron's threatened AVO and his asking for him by name, this is noteworthy.

Definitely a story/crime there.

He won't be charged with a crime, just a misdemeanour or simple offence. It's a minor matter and won't affect his licence. It's embarrassing, though.

Having watched the two vids, my theory is this:

• Rev Mark Hanna was watching out for Aaron.
• Rev Mark Hanna sees Aaron walking back to the group and begins to walk towards Aaron, thinking he'd manufacture a bump and scream blue murder that Aaron had assaulted him. The police were behind him, so it was all good.
• Malcolm came straight across his path, inbetween Rev Mark Hanna and Aaron (Malcolm in the Middle - Scijoke)
• Rev Mark Hanna had to improvise quickly.
• Rev Mark Hanna, lawyer, then did something very sexually disturbing to Malcolm as a reflexive action due to his reactive bank not having been properly dealt with (or his BT's reactive bank being manifest - Scientology can help you with that).
• Aaron reacted analytically and deftly avoided Rev Mark Hanna's evil purpose because he's a true OT.
• Don't let Rev Mark Hanna babysit for you.

I agree with this - Mark Hanna was CO OSA and did his share of dirty tricks from that post. To me, he's pissed off but still barely in control and trying to provoke Aaron into something.

OSA must see Aaron as Enemy #1 right now and as someone they have to eliminate somehow anyhow. And they've called an "all-hands" of their resources to do so. Mark Hanna's seeming attempt to provoke Aaron just reinforces my belief that Aaron is their #1 bogeyman right now.
