Wow....kinda sick when you see it put this way....
A video that should be widely seen. Even the dratted music is part of it.

This is too good!
Thanks for this post!
But now spin it to the positive. Imagine coming out of this video, the final puzzle pieces so that we never have cults like this emerge again.
"The Basic Guidelines for ensuring groups remain sane, and individuals are not manipulated by groups."
1) Above and Before All Else, you must be true to yourself, do not compromise your integrity with anyone for anything for any reason.
Corollary policy to include in the group: [The group must always affirm this principle before all else (ie it comes before KSW).]
2) Be willing to express honest disagreement on any point that you may encounter, be willing to make it known at any time that you are feeling duress to agree on some point, and accept/expect that the appropriate response will be rational and respectful efforts to arrive at an equitable resolution.
Corollary policy to include in the group: Ensure that there is a no-consequence and inexpensive way to facilitate the equitable resolution of conflicts and disagreements. Make it known that there is no intention of using duress to achieve agreement or understanding - assert rightness, but back it up with tools that assist others in also seeing for themselves the rightness you assert. If we can't convince you with "X" then it is up to you whether or not you feel comfortable going further.
3) Recognize and criticize any attempts to "Foist False Guilt", "Take true facts out of context", "Manipulate Non Sequiturs", or Demand Submission of the Individuals' lives/resources to any specious "Higher Causes".
Corollary policy to include in the group: Upon the pronouncement of any new policy, allow everyone affected to evaluate and communicate about it. Present any policy in the full context that was present to develop the policy.

I am now suddenly getting this vision of an elementary school teaching about group dynamics - agreement, duress, sacrifice, submission, manipulations, etc - and practical drills to recognize and handle these sorts of dynamics. It reminds me of the movie "The Wave" - it's an important lesson. People need to be strong enough internally to stand up to subtle group manipulations - and those inside a group should recognize when such techniques are being used and defend the right way to conduct the group.
The entire focus of "Neo-Tech II" is to detail these kinds of manipulations and show how to nullify them. This seems to be an important, but largely missing technology in today's world.
Thanks for the vid, somehow I dont feel so dumb now, I can see how it worked.
