Thread: What is John Allender up to at Bay Area orgs?

    Default saving face

After the brouhaha with the County Supervisors, the DA has to save face by investigating crimes listed by a county agency (and therefore accusatory) that supposedly it never prosecuted or was even aware of, assuming the crimes ever occurred at all. After the courageous presentations by Ex-Scientologists to the Sups, we can only hope that the Church will not make false or blanket accusations in a pathetic attempt to prevent free speech. This must be an embarrassment for the county and hopefully, the DA will not go out of its way to "find" a crime in order to look good (or less bad).

    From The Santa Clara Weekly:

    http://scw.tearn.com/2010/03/ongoing...ientology.html

The Santa Clara District Attorney has not been called in to investigate. "We have not been asked to review any allegations of hate crimes against the Church of Scientology," says Amy Cornell, PIO for the DA's Office. McKee-Stovall, acting OHR Director Teresa Castellanos, and County Supervisor for District 3, Dave Cortese, did not return the Weekly's calls.

In 1971, I had a small tiny little teeny weenie center on Santa Cruz Ave. (on the East side of El Camino Real) in Menlo Park. The rent on this hole in the wall was $500 a month. There were very few people on the HSDC. Maybe only a half a dozen people nightly on the HAS. During the summer, the place was packed, but that was just summertime. One of whom, a kid named Matt F., who bought a copy of "Advanced Procedures and Axioms," a soft cover 8.5 X11 first edition from the 1950s. He brought his brothers in too. I was open 10 to 10 Mon. through Fri.

His sister in law now has a very successful mission in Palo Alto. I had been to the two story high visibility busy place on El Camino Real a few years back. they have now expanded into a converted garage near the railroad tracks.

I had really wanted to take a Free Personality Test tonight, so I went to the mission. Since Cindy is only open Tuesday (1-5, 7-9), Thursday (1-5, 7-9), and Saturday (9-5), I knew on a Thursday night at 8PM, she would be open.

Unfortunately, she must have closed early, because the place was empty and the OPEN sign was off, and there weren't any lights. Perhaps the unprecedented expansion caused them to move the course room to the Oakland Coliseum (where the As were playing).

Gosh, I hope she is open on Saturday, I really need a personality test, and to be reged. I want to go Oat Tea soon.

Would anyone in the greater Bay Area like to get together Feb 12, 2011 around 2 PM for an impromptu meet and greet. PM me if you would prefer The City, Willow Glen , or Palo Alto. We're only going to choose one venue, but I'm not sure where everyone is coming from.
