His legacy has to be made free as he wanted it for all of scientology and for all. That's how it is today anyway for it's all available on the net. Enough we need to know anyhow.

Before RTC via ASI took over, Ron has given all the copyrights and trademarks to the churches and missions and all the ABLE groups. What did this takeover by CST meant? I mean in terms of stats and scientology income.

Abused, overworked, underpaid, undermined and aborted SO wemen and even worse for the staffs


And all this money sucked, IAS vanguared these books to whom? To CST via Bridge and New Era Publications.

I worked for these 2 big money makers were SO staffs are so much under pressure you wouldn't beleive it.

All this time, all these campaigns I did were done in the name of Ron.

You wouldn't beleive with Mission Earth alone in the little country called France we made for 2 years in a raw around 89 % of all the good media stat in worldwide except USA at large and Canada.

In Bridge I did a lot on theyr "What is Scientology" Tour. Stats 4Xed with my support as Jive Aces Advance Man. Than they dared to cancel my wedding with Lisa the morning of the ceremony at AOLA featuring the Jives Aces for the evening Party. Dear Kay LRH PPRO WUS was our caring and loving Prestress or Fairy, Lisa's parents had come over from San Fransisco and my Dad flew from Vancouver at 81 years old. All was getting smoth & light but Bridge couldn't have it.

No miracle under such a HAS. So much has-been all this system. Ron like the others hasn't made it all. The policy that we follow is the one we need, for it is the one that works. Ron himself said that his system was not perfect.

In KSW he was out of his mind when he slammered standard tech on us.

Ask Paul on ESMB, he's the one who knows. All Class 8 standard tech is about making it work. Trust your own way by the code of Honour. Be your own counseller and find you own answers. Scientology is a way to know how to know. Fine. But Ron himself stated that there was a very little chance that one would evolve such a Tech to total freedom. Let's qual it properly than. Don't be stuck in the past.

But that's a hook, a PR hook. One can study Scientology as any other subjects. Don't revear it for it's just a Tech. It had been qualed by Ron himself all along the way. His legacy have fallen in the hands of a Nazy type Charachter. A sole and unique personnality to run the whole show.

A young boy name David Miscavidge who spent all his life from teenager on in the Sea Org at the time where Ron had lost it to a large degree.

Ron's case was a mess, his body week and the paranoya to its highest peaks. Type 3 is a good way to describe the phoenomenon. Seeing aliens everywhere and thus Battlefield and Mission Earth. As far gone as Excalibur with a Ron who wanted to make it huge in the history. But for the good things now. forget about the forthfull way. Power of choice has to remain senior. Remember otherwise you have slaves and that's a no go.

Well we don't have to buy that when we want to be sane. But what has been done in the name of Ron, under Ron and his wild CMO. My God they lost it all in front of COB. For sure he's got all the money minus his shareholders and his public trustees benefits. Not acceptable anymore my friend. Not acceptable anymore.

Stats are phony, criterias have changed to feat a total new game where man has become nothing more than a source of very out exchange income and the bridge a forgotten story. Just another way to make more money.

Saint Hill size me and you'll see that in the good old days when we had make it as a group, Scientology was cheap. Professional auditors under Ron's direct supervision had a rate per hour that was much less than a normal shrink. Loads of co-audit would take place and that activity would lead all the rest. So as a student you would move up the bridge easily for the costs of the course that were very affordable with OT levels included.

Staff and public would move up the bridge. Since the golden age that changed the training approach and arbitrary standards always put on the line. Stats went crashing in the auditor training and auditing in the chair and that's the worse bad indicator since new management took over.

It's just a matter of power and money now. But certainly not a power that one would wish to have anything to do with.

The second groos bad indicator is the one about the 2D rules in the SO. As soon as Management but not Ron decided to stop the possibility to have kids in the sea org they had it. What a crime, what an unethical decision to take. Unsurvival Sea Org has got to reform. Back to the original tenets. KSW is an ethics matter in the name of Ron. and that's fanatism and that's definitely not Okay.

Some policies are senior to others. Some contradict often with one another. One has to evaluate for himself but all the ones that says that forward the ends justify the means idea have to be banned once for all from our fantazy.

So much more has to be said along this line.

Sorry for my poor English but as long as one understands as you seem to do it's fair enough I guess.

As far as Marty is concerned, he's been one of the Bullies up there so I wouldn't be too much in trust with such a guy who I guess took a lot of bad habbits and didn't practice Scientology in a very exemplary way.

But there are reformists around that are of much cleaner backgroung that have very interesting view points to share for the sake of poor Humpty Dumpty and all of his fellows still under the King's horses and King's men totalitarian influence. There could be some hope for them at least.

It is very convincing and true in many ways. The point is that LRH exposed and brought to public knowledge what was in fact really happening in the secret programs of the gouvernemental agencies both in East and West during the cold war as far as mind and population control were concerned. And he got attacked because of that.

Plus Scientology has within it the way to undo the trap and even defeat the darck aspects of it. In fact that's what you are contributing to by exposing this side of the story. I find it really helpfull in the process of clarifying and qualing the whole subject. Where did it go wrong and LRH fucked up and why is a very important thing to discover. You say it was there from the begining and I saw the extracts of Excalibur and his admissions. But there again there are two sides to the coin.

What I'm interested in is the positive side of it and definitely I see a very positive impact that LRH and Scientologists had on society in terms of challenging and defeating the suppression on Earth. In fact to my point of view the make break point has been achieved in 1988 with the delivery of OT8 and it doesn't matter actually wether or not the OT levels were actually working. The important thing was that people would believe they did at least for a certain amount of time when it had been vital to keep the outcome secret. It had a tremandous impact.

Ensued what will be remembered as the summer of peace where lot of wars stopped quite magically and thus some resumed, shortly after we saw the fall of the iron curtain that was an incredibly fast and unbelievable process. And now you've got Obama as president that even got his law on health care through. As we see, nearly all the remaining conflicts are justified by religious matters so it's a fact that the religious button is the one that has to be flattened on the fourth dynamic and its why Scientology got attacked from this angle with the secret takeover from CST this supposed Church of Spiritual Technology run by IRS agents probably controlled by the CIA. Have you red Mission Earth?

To my understanding the real Golden Age as prophetised in almost every ancient lores and creeds had started at that very point and we in 1988 really entered a new era of spiritual realisation as a whole and free scientologists that I call OT of level X definitely have a leading role to play in this.

Spiritual realm is operated through postulates.

Here is what I discovered :

A being is basically free. This is known as the native state. When one gets in contact with that basic state, one has reached the state of Clear. Concieve mind essence as Buddha stated it. So appart from the wording used by LRH the concept is not an invention of Dianetics or Scientology.

The point is that we all are engaged in the game called life and through this ongoing process we tend to trap ourselves in lot of complexities that make us become unaware of who we really are and the original postulate doesn't stick. To this exctent we get intoxicated and per the law of as-isness one has to find out what is intoxicating him in order to undue its effect.

So for a person to regain the native state one has to realise what is the Intoxification he is in. By doing so one engage in the process of desintoxification up to a point where he steps out free from it and become detoxed or out-toxed and thus free again.

But one is engaged in the game of life and thus in contact with other beings who are still in-toxed or if not hatted on how to operate theyr own mind will get intoxicated again by screwing up the game. That's why LRH stated that the state of Clear isn't stable. So one has to master the law of games and need the know how to play them not to fall again as we deed in the past.

This is where what LRH called an OT or Operational Thetan comes into the picture. This isn't an awerness sate about self as one can't clear a Clear. That would be like cleaning a clean. It is an operative state. The more you get involed with the ability to remain exterior the more you are aware of what's going on and able to maintain your true self while playing the game of life.

So one is OT to the extent he can play and make the game worthwhile not only for him but to his fellow or team players as well. But what game is worth playing when you look around and see that others do suffer of crazy games they are engaged in and fuck up yours. That's why one need to take full responsability for all efforts and counter efforts and so on.

So there are the ultimate laws:

INTOX is the law of transmutation back to the native state.

As if one runs "Who or what is intoxicating me" one will come out of it as Clear or purely self.

So we've got this definition here that got revealed to me in French as an OT is translated by Thétan Opérant.

So it goes : TOX = Thétan Opérant de niveau X (OT of level X)

And one is really OT when X = 8 meaning Clear on the 8 dynamics where the truth are getting always revealed. And there's nothing esotherical about this concept. This is what is called being in PT and able to percieve what there is as it is. It's the same than the Tao. What is is and there is no more to it or other truth to be revealed than what you know or consider as true while you're considering and knowing. The whole difficulty is that there are lots of things that we don't know about that are affecting us and though it becomes confusing sometimes. But we wanted it this way or we wouldn't have had games to play.

Believe it or not but this INTOX law got revealed to me in 1987 just before I discovered Scientology. I knew nothing about it at that time.

The original law of transmutation that I had called INTOX and that I represented with a double cross and a circle that I conceived as the symbol of the universal potential was this one :

When you apply to whatever element that law you get a change in that element.

So if you name that element A you would have A INTOX = B

It's only when few months later I found out about the concept of OT that I could articulate the entire thing.

And in 1988 I founded in France an association called Infinitox which pupose is the realisation of the universal potential symbolised by a circled eight pointed star and I did this after less than a year I had discovered Scientology.

Within its status this association has 8 articles. The last one is that this association cannot be terminated by anyone at anytime and thus we had entered the INFINITOX.

How I first discovered 4 years before that the INTOX symbol meaning this circled 8 pointed star is another story and I will reveal it another time.

I am very glad that you are out of that cult madness, you did not fit that corporate style of people control. you were a round peg in a square hole, I knew that they would never really contain you.

I have gone a very different path to you, when it comes to the 'spiritual' realm, I am an empiricist, in life I am a rationalist. I find that these are two philosophical fields that keep me out of trouble

I would challenge you to take a very hosest and close look at, or look for, that from which you are running from, you are hiding behind these 'spiritual philosophies' and even now, you seem to give credance to Hubbard. Look, try to be very honest with yourself. I asked of Hubbard (imaginary allegory for the whole of the belief system in which I was absorbed) in 2005, just as I took up the new Finance Office post in Birmingham, that he would accept that I would subject him and the religion to real critical scruitiny from a fully in ethics , upstat, dedicated 22 year Sea Org vet, and if it stood up, then I would carry on. It didn't, and here I am.

I don't chase rainbows, I don't swallow con tricks. I have my life back, it is real, it is full of love - partner, children, dogs, cats and guiney pigs - it is full of intellectual stimulation and healthy challenges. When I graduate I hope to work professionally with some of the marginalised, disabled and damaged people that corporate capitalism have left behind in this post Irish Tiger economy, wonderful people with rich internal worlds, people Hubbard and Scientology would describe as DBs - Degraded Beings, - just in case you have forgotten what that means.

I take NO pride in any of the 'production record' that I had with the cult, extensive as it was. It was a waste of my altuism, my energy and my youth.

I think you are a great person JB, I genuinly like you, but you are troubled, and you need to stop, take a breath, and start asking questions.

Thanks for caring my friend. You're right I'm troubled but I feel it's doing me some good to tell my story as many have done here on this site. My life and artistic create have been very mixed with Scientology for 15 goddam years and after leaving the cult I had a whole very interesting new adventure in the alternative culture in Paris meaning that I dealt and lived with lots of the so called DBs that you mentioned in your post but not only.

Still my past kept hitting me from time to time and things had to be solved in my universe in order to keep on going. What I'm doing now is actually taking a break in order to throw it all out while I'm reading a lot and finding answers to my questions. The process is now fluid enough to allow me to resume my normal social and productive life. I had a succesfull gig last week and got good pay. I'm hired every thursday now in this venue. So I'm getting into normal again and it's flowing.

I know the first post on this thread was pretty hectic but you know it would be for sure much more simple if I was so radical than you are as far as LRH and Scientology are concerned. I get your view point and honestly I am very happy for you because you found your way. In fact I found mine before having known anything about Scientology and I don't necessarily want to throw the baby with all the water bath. I don't need also to be ashamed of what I did with them as I sort of kept my integrity while doing it and was very sincere all the way through. There were things I found there that I liked very much and things that I hated too. You're right they could never really round me in theyr square as I would always outcreate the control factors with my own will power and tools I had learned from life and LRH.

As you see I'm not yet ready to give it all up and I hope we can still be friend too.

I need to cook as a fellow musician comes home for dinner and than we'll go out to a party to meet some hot chicks. So you see, life isn't so bad for me.
