Mike Ellis was/is IJC (International Justice Cheif) for many years, since the 90's AFAIK. CJC WUS (Continental Justice Cheif West US) was a raised in the cult skinny nerdy guy named Richard Valle. His sister Roxanne spent many years on the RPF, she was unable to read and eventually offloaded due to being totally illiterate because of her lack of education and whatever other childhood issues in the Sea Org. Their parents were too "important" saving the planet by working in CF (Central Files) and Treasury as I recall to waste their time taking care of their own children. I think they were South American.

Richard appeared in some anon videos. I particularly recall the one where Tory was picketing at an event in Hollywood and the cult made a "wall of OT's" to block her sign. Richard Valle, "CJC" is the kid in the glasses with a grey long sleeved T-shirt with black arms:

But a guy that has that kind of money and a glittery town to live in, wants to waste his life fuckin around with Scientology.

On the other hand, I stopped being *physically* active around 1999 when Alan asked me to do so. And when I married my wife, I continued that, for her sake, because she was not out and didn't choose to be.

So, it took about 6 years for the 'Church' to find out where I was and whom I was married to and then force her children to Disconnect and her company to fire her and generally do everything they could to ruin her life.

Except for her children; not a biggie.

But, all I've done since 1999 is talk. Apparently Ron's bunch finds that intolerable I haven't stopped nor will I .

Geir Isene just posted on his blog that Tommy was IJC. I said no he isn't.

He responded there today that he got confirmed from a trusted source that he is now double-hatted as the IJC – at least he was last year.

I find this almost impossible to believe. International PR and Senior HCO Int are very different parts of the command channels, not even in the same org. Although I still don't have a clue what Tommy's actual post is, or even if he has a named one other than "spokesman", which isn't on any SO org board. I note that Karin Pouw just put out a press release, so I assume she is still PR Aide OSA Int.

Does anyone have any more data on this?

I saw that post of Geir's too. It seems VERY far fetched and I don't believe it. I'd sure like to know where that "data" came from. Makes no sense...even for the C of S.

My sources tell me that with all the blows, defections and public relations nightmares, recruitment is at a standstill.

But just recently, they are starting to have great success with returning (last life) Sea Org members. They are youthful, energetic & ruthless, although they do require a lot of naps.
