As dumb as it sounds, it's almost half-way believable nowadays.

Think about it, whoever was the IJC was probably turned into a full-time basic book package salesman a few years back.

I know the IJC office inside and out, have read all of the advices on the post and it is not something that is double hatted by someone that is in PR. CSI PR is in OSA. IJC office is in Senior HCO Int. Which is in ILO aka FLO aka FCB.

Last I knew from a credible source, Mike Ellis was still IJC (end 2009). He has been since, eh -- 96 or so?
