Well, when I did mine at those times I also didn't turn it in (I don't see a point in showing write ups - it would probably make me want to hide it even more - isn't a point in write ups is to stop feeling guilty and willing to hide things?), but I read it aloud to one of those people who was checking our progress - reading aloud helped too, not to say that I want to confess aloud in everything that comes to my mind..Originally Posted by Mest Lover

Paul, that looks like NLP. Not bad, I found that it works with some and doesn't with some feelings..
I have studied very little NLP. I decided very quickly that I didn't like it — too manipulative.
