    Cool Declared SP's Corner

Hello and Welcome - Spurred on by my friend, I realized other persons who have been "Declared" might like to express their views on their "Declare".

I was encouraged and then accepted to go to ITO for training in the Establishment Officer evolution for Orgs. Since my folders went for inspection and then I was invited to come on out, it seemed logical that all was well on the western front.

Not so, apparently this has happened more times then any of us knew. The INT level guys have their eyes open for new meat to bring up to the top level due to the high "fall out" rate. (you know the RPF) But, they want those really squeaky clean, know nothings who have never made a peep. And recruit missions are just plain expensive and time consuming. When all you have to due to is cull through folders for prospects.

However, if there is a noisy, KR writing, stat-maker, - send'em on up to ITO and put 'em through their paces and rattle the cages and see if they straighten up enough to send back or else just screw 'em up enough they get out.

The guys before me came back and 2 of the 3 that went out for this evolution didn't make it. One guy was on suicide watch within 2 mos. and the other guy just failed so bad he kept getting busted down and he just left and no one cared.

It was the 3rd guy who sent me out. Yay, I'm finally going to get the real secret stuff (The Esto Tapes - no one outside of Int has) so I can do Eval's and find out why the H-L- our Org just can't seem to keep auditors.

No van to pick me up as promised, no routing form, busy evolution making it impossible for normal course room stuff, SO Tech staff doing Musical Chairs to DM's demand to get the C/S Course packs ready in umpteen languages for the C/S Conference at Flag, trip to the MLO for busted blood vessels in my eye (this was due to an 8 hr flight with a raging OUT-INT and crippling headaches), route to the Medical Doc, picked up by MAA for possible blow (right hand doesn't know what left-hand is doing), told to go on course while waiting for a repair session() changed to Ethics Interview, told to go to Qual and wait (2 days due to the what? yep the evolution),Ethics Interview and the final determination that was told to me by the MAA (still mad at me for possibly blowing to the Dr.) YOU ARE AN ILLEGAL PC / YOU ARE NOT ELLIGABLE FOR STAFF / YOU MUST GO HOME AND ROUTE OFF / NOW. All done in perfect automon.

Yeah, I paid for my own ticket, yes I sat around for another couple months while the Org put me in call-in and I was finally told that my folders had come back and the Exec Esto, my senior, was really not sure what to do with me. (His own words).

I began the Leaving Staff Routing Form, couldn't really get anyone to move on it, so I just started doing the steps; paid to have my folders FES'd, got my own auditor to do the leaving Sec Ck, did the Ethics cycle with the HAS (who was sitting at reception, of course) waited, while getting a job and moving for two months until it was obvious nothing would be done, phone calls ignored, appts broken etc. and because I moved out of the area - I just left.

Ask any Ethics Terminal in the old Org about me and they will tell you "Oh yeah She's Declared."

However, when last I checked, IJC has never seen anything on me and there is no issue whatsoever listed, AOLA has nothing, LA Day ORG has nothing, yet in the Org I came from you will find people who say they have acutally seen a Suppresive Person Declare on Goldenrod. Wish I knew what it says for Issue Authority except I have seen it reproduced locally before - right in front of me.

Good Twin says I should call this thread - What Goes Around Comes Around - because I used to get stuck on every Comm Ev imaginable. This due to my Admin skills - gotta love a gal who can tab correctly.

I'd say yes except I now hear rumors in the Scn group that have embellished the story for their own amusement; I stole someone's E-Meter, I caused another to get Declared, I blah blah blah.

    What's your Declare story?
    Ever see anything in writing?
Did you hear false rumor after?

    Let's hear it.

I know someone who blew from a PAC org around 1980 and was declared by local issue. I assumed for years that this person was declared, as it aligned with the Leaving Staff policy. In 1990 while I was at ITO (SO for years) I checked with IJC and they had no record of a declare. Because they had no record of it, i.e., it had not been approved on the proper lines, IJC said it wasn't valid. Therefore the person's current status was NOT declared.

    -----

I routed out of the SO in 1996. I started posting on the internet in 2004 and got declared for it several months later, which was fine. I got a polite letter from CJC WUS (I was living in LA at the time) giving the issue number and date. The letter writer said I couldn't have my own copy, but I could go along to FLWUS and see it if I wanted. I couldn't be bothered.

My declare is the last part of my story that is posted here. I hadn't seen it until GT got me a copy.

It's all lies. I put footnotes on my declare stating all the lies.

Some of my friends who got offloaded told me that now is very hard to leave.
WTF!!! I talked to some scientologists on FB about it and they said anybody can leave any time.. Full bunch of B.S.

Yeah, kinda says it all. I was way too ethical for that group. I tried tovfollow policy and we all know that was just written as a PR Gimmick.

I feel better knowing I have company on the list here, thanks Kathy and Paul.

Some high schooler did my declare. He was at ITO when I was, always hanging around out front of the building. Then he went back to FCDC and wrote up an issue full of errors and exaggerations. I requested a board of review which took one item off and left the rest of the bs on there.

Why have an Ethics Review policy with 34 levels and jump straight to SP declare? The "Leaving & Leaves" PL requires an SP declare, effectively bypassing the other so-called technology. Then of course you are labeling people who got T/A and gains from auditing as SPs, illustrating how fabricated the suppressive person construct is. Is they is or is they ain't NCG? (apologies to O BROTHER WHERE ART THOU?/Homer Stokes).

It's just a rant, continue with your Youtubes ...

I got "declared" (actually set free) back in the early 1980s along with the rest of the "Galactic Patrol".

It was all just a Troll Patrol.

I've been declared twice. Once for breaking staff contract- even though I went in and did ethics and all, and the other for posting to the internet. It really is a punitive action.

That's a shame. If CofS were everything it claims to be- if SCN itself was- then it would just be an announcement that so and so has left the club. Groups have the right to terminate membership. BUT expulsions in CofS are accompanied by declares. Declares are ALWAYS filled with lies. They are used to split up friendships and families. Church members are not allowed to associate with declared individuals.

This is wrong and that, darlings, is the understatement of the year.
I am truly into myself, yes. And I'm just as interested in other people. When I'm not thinking of one, I'm thinking of the other.

I get really tired of hearing about how the lower bridge has value. The lower bridge has the sole purpose of getting the PC to reach for more bridge. The fact that many people improved their circumstances as a result of a good intentioned auditor being interested and caring about his PC is not worth the long term and intended result of Scientology technology. I'm with you. Choose your poison I guess. Even while a card-carrying member, it never sat well with me that you would put former parishoners, at various stages of awareness raised and put them in the same catagory as the enemies. Just more nonsense.
