Could this Duggan company (Pharmacylics Inc), be the one who supplies the worlds Narconons with the hundreds of gallon jugs of Vitamins. I have searched for months trying to track down the lucrative company who supplies the Narconon vitamins, but to no avail?

We will find out sooner than later,..., LOL.

It's important to know if the supplier is a COS related entity - - thus tying in additional flow of funds.

At any rate, it shows that even the Church of Scientology doesn't seriously consider drugs that harmful if the IAS "Top Humanitarian" is a partner with super pharm Johnson & Johnson through its subsidiary, Janssen Biotech.

It kind of makes any other statement COS or Narconon might make about the good they are doing to stop big pharmaceutical companies sound pretty ridiculous, doesn't it? And it shows how contradictory and confusing the policies are. In Scientology, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Johnson & Johnson MAKES PSYCH DRUGS.

Same as their "Say No To Drugs" campaigns and drug talks in schools. In reality, if their campaign were legit and successful, there would be no need for any Narconons.
It's the Toll Free number on the back of the pamphlets that is their only concern and
that's what they emphasize after each school talk.

Finally - Finally - Finally! - - getting over this cold bug for past week - just woke up from deep sleep
after a 30 hour straight run compiling dox

Just spent an hour sitting back looking at projects, battle plans, upcoming media meetings,
government appointments, document filing deadlines, current Cases - pending Cases, and
simply digesting priorities - - feels good.

Now that I'm feeling better, I must attend to my main computer issues that are hindering my
desired warp-speed progress,..., LOL - - thank God I have a couple of back-ups to use for now.

In reference to this Thread, I think it's important to proceed with an attitude of caring about the
health and welfare of all Canadian Citizens who deserve the best and safest care available for
addictions in the whole of Canada. (only able to focus on Canada - - for now).

Currently, I'm preparing an exhaustive submission to our Federal Government in reference to
the Charities Commission and their Benefits Test for ALL registered charities who operate
rehab-treatment facilities. This government agency is one of several we have in Canada, with
the power and teeth to prevent harms and abuses, as well as keep safe those in crisis and
sickness from addictions RE: Treatment Centers.

Canada Charter of Rights and Freedoms - Department of Justice15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

To protect our citizens with disabilities from addictions, we have Federal and Provincial Human Rights and Freedoms laws;we have a Ministry of Health for protection; AND various other government agencies.

We also have, in the private sector, the College of Physicians in each Province, as well as a Federal College that oversees the entirety, but does not interfere in Provincial matters.

Many of the aforementioned Government Agencies, have received submissions and are investigating complaints. Except for our Federal Charities Commission which I'm working on right now.

Each and every Narconon in Canada who is a registered charity, as well as ANY other treatment facility registered as a charity in Canada, will now be under scrutiny - - big time; especially those using any alternative therapies not recognized in current medical literature. (thank you Quebec College decision).

The psycological and physical harms that many of these treatment procedures cause, can be immediate and some may not appear for months or years; but appear they will, causing undue harms.

I have experienced and seen the harms and deaths from addictions, for decades; some I still push
back memories of. Dozens of my dear and cherished friends and family are gone;many deaths could have been prevented under proper, professional care and treatment.

Scientology has jumped into the scene, saying they are the ONLY CURE!

There could be nothing further from the truth and in fact their dangerous treatments, in many cases, cause far more harm than good; mostly in it for the Narconon profits Uplined into scientology coffers.

Can we put a stop to this unconcionable practice and behaviour? Yes, without a doubt, we the people of Canada and the world can do this, without fail. We, The People, have a voice, we have a will, and we The People have far more power than many of us realize. We The People, have the power of our voice and Power of the Pen.

The People in Anonymous are a very powerful voice and scientology fears and beholds these ominous voices.

If we don't, who will? Expect us!

Narconon's claimed success rate of 70 per cent has also been questioned.

"Well-designed, well-implemented, well-managed, evidence-based programs will yield around a 30-per-cent reduction in use," said Dr. John Weekes, a senior research analyst with the Canadian Centre of Substance Abuse in Ottawa, adding that drug addiction researchers would "freak out with elation" if they ever encountered a scientifically verified program that produced a success rate of 70 per cent.

"We are always hoping for something really high, but really high in this world realistically is about 30 per cent."

Narconon spokesman Brad Melnychuk said he has personally witnessed the effectiveness of the sauna program. "You can actually see the toxins come out," he said.

He (Melnychuk) said the program's 70-per-cent success rate is measured by graduates of the program who remain drug- and alcohol-free for two years.

Examiner David Love in Burning Building

“January 11, 2012 – Firemen, Police, and Paramedics rush to apartment complex as fire rages on third floor”

Montreal Personal Safety Examiner, David Edgar Love, was startled to hear fire alarms ringing on the third floor of his apartment complex this morning as he was focussed on preparing crucial documents for a government meeting later this month. The Scientology and Narconon controversy and government investigations have exposed public health and safety issues for the past two years in Canada and Montreal. Government Hearings are pending.

There are numerous outdated apartment buildings in the area that were constructed without the public safety benefits of modern sprinkler systems. This, most probably contributed to the fire not being contained as in newer constructed dwellings of this type.

The writer lives on the third floor where the fire was only three apartments away - - the smoke filled hallway prevented many from escaping to safety. Firemen were wearing oxygen masks as they pounded on each apartment door searching for smoke inhalation victims. The video and photos adjoining this story shows a hobbling lady, having to be picked up and carried to the awaiting ambulance and others could be heard yelling for help.

After prying open the ice-frozen balcony door, the writer, David Love, counted seven fire trucks, two with ladders up to balconies at each end of the complex.
Seventy to eighty firemen, police, and paramedics were on the scene to rescue victims and secure the area. What some may have seen as chaos, was in fact quite well performed and safety well delivered by all.

The writer was able to secure documents and gather computer hard drives; ready for an emergency exit if necessary.

What began as a relaxed morning, drinking coffee and loving his work of writing to help provide good health and safety for Montreal and area citizens, the writer experienced mixed emotions, but steadfastly invoked pre-arranged plans for such an emergency.

Besides a slight cough from smoke inhalation, all is well and the building repairs and cleanup will begin forthwith.

UPDATE:

Back on target and focussed today. The next two weeks will be "Hard-Hitting"
on the Cult's "At Cause" status - - may very well sink into "Effect".

Fairly quiet as far as Intel from our foes camp. Their law firm received a letter and
evidence dox from QHRC concerning harassment (Dead Agenting) and intimidation
of potential witnesses. QHRC is holding off proceeding to Court for any kind of
Restraining Order for now - - they need to concentrate all attention on main case.

But NN/COS have been put on notice that we will NOT tolerate ANY further actions
against me and others. Any single incidence could be the last straw

Perhaps this is why there has not been even one further comment by the Cult - - everytime
they open their yap, they feel the Foot-Bullets.

Witness list is expanding and may include experts from accross Canada, Australia, and the USA.
The Commission is being quite diligent - - they will also receive another unexpected and very
serious addition to their stack of Cases next week with another victim filing complaint.
