Yelling & Screaming

I had the luxury of having an office near to a bunch of upper management peeps. I have never heard so much yelling, screaming, and cursing in my life. Either they were yelling to someones face, or they were screaming out personal information when they were not around... If there was no one to scream at they would just yell at each other. One person would do the yelling while another would chase after the person after they blew from the comm cycle and tried to leave the building. If the person did get out of the building they would immediately go harass them at home until they agreed to come back to the org right then to be 'handled' or calmed down.

Can you tell us more? Like which upper management level?

Were public involved? Cl V org staff or SO?
