That is the current org that has had a FOR SALE sign up since 2008.

It is a little less weedy now, but still looks like a warehouse suitable for a Costco, but not an "Ideal Org".
I have no idea what the cult would do if someone were to really buy the regular org...nothing has been done with idle org to make it ready to move into OR demolish it and build something new.

Hmmm.... Very interesting. Yet they're selling. I wonder if the people pulling the strings behind the scenes told them to do that, and why. Was it based on some long term analysis, or is it just a short term demand for cash-right-now-any-way-you-can-get-it?
