so how do we do that, Rog?

It begins with "Lucy James" being willing to go public on the info she posted.

She is aware of a fraud . . . the law requires those aware of or witnessing felonies to report such.

One either goes to the relevant authorities and files a complaint, or one works with a lawyer to fashion a complaint on one's behalf.

It's no different than going to the police to report any other crime.

If she's in Oz, a contact with "Cherished" whom I believe is a Oz lawyer would be a wonderful 1st step. Even if she's in the UK still, a contact with Cherished would be a good move as COSRECI is domiciled in Oz and we'd have the support of Sen. Xeno's troops who are in touch with the relevant UK "authorities."

One could even make the case that COSRECI, having not originally filed any accounts as required, and then filing un-audited accounts a) is certainly a violation of the regs and b) could be labelled as deceitful and tantamount to an attempt at fraud.

Stop Scientology Tax Breaks

The High Court says "Scientology is both immoral and socially obnoxious". Eric Pickles, DCLG Secretary of State, says it should not receive tax relief on business rates. Yet local councils continue to give Scientology hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money each year, in rates relief. We ask the Government to amend the Local Government Finance Act to prevent large organisations from qualifying for rates relief unless they are UK registered charities, approved by the Charity Commissioners.
