What is the tech that scientologist use to get in present time?.
Is there any exercise that you guys use, that works?
I know that most of you guys are not scientologist anymore, so dont get defensive about it.

It's called a locational.
"Look at that wall." "Thank you." "Walk over to that wall." "Thank you." "Touch that wall." "Thank you." "Turn around."
Something like that?
I don't really remember.
There was a lot of looking around rooms and so forth, but if they really wanted you to exteriorise they'd send you outside for a walk - or worse still - a jog! But the jog was a sea orgy kind of thing I think.
I can remember having to run around Civic in my sea org uniform. Gee, that looked normal! Lol!

Yeah, I will still go for a walk and look around, but I don't think that's just Scientology. For instance, there is a 'Mindfulness' exercise (which I think is based on Buddhism) where you notice five sights, then five sounds, then five sensations etc then work down to four of each, three of each, two of each, and finally one sight, one sound etc, then BAM! That is pretty amazing. They kind of do that to get you into the 'now' of the moment because they say we tend to have a lot of our thoughts in the past as in sorrow and regret and so forth, or in the future as in worry. So just getting somebody to be aware of and living 'now' is quite a relief sometimes. Or that's how my counsellor explained it. She was quite excited about Mindfulness because it really works for her as a tool with her clients. I really only had to do it once or twice to make quite a difference. A lot of the pain I was experiencing I was able to let go of, and the anxieties that were plaguing me at the time.
Anyway, that's a bit off-topic, but I don't really use Scientology per se. For instance, the Financial Planning policies are really just budgeting - not spending more than you make. You can get more complicated about it, but in real life you really have to twist and contort the financial planning policies to make them fit your home life. They were designed for a business. Of course the principles of budgeting are what most people use to make ends meet, and a lot of policies such as Dateline are just baloney. Try doing that in real life and you get pretty much the credit rating of ... well, an impoverished org.
So there are things like that, but I generally avoid Scientology like the plague. Where I automatically use things like ethics conditions I find I am very hard-boiled - it's not who I want to be or how I want to be, so I work hard to unlearn some of those behaviours that were drilled into me to be almost second nature. When I realise I've forgotten a formula, I feel exhilarated.
That is a bit rambling, but I hope it helps sort of.

There's another process that is supposed to make you younger - something like touching the two far corners of the ceiling simultaneously. That is supposed to exteriorise a person too, I think. I
I rofl now to think it's supposed to make people younger. If I had that issue I would love to do an experiment on that one using the scientific method. But how to determine younger would be interesting.

Oh, that one.
It's called: Take a walk around the block and look around and get some oxygen in your lungs and some endorphins going and take note of where you are and try not to take yourself or your problems so seriously.
Millions of people do it. You might like it, too.
