We were there before 9 AM. Steve Cannane and Bryan Seymore were both there although Bryan left right away. They realised that as it was online court there was nothing to see. We left and went to troll Hercules Street as usual.

Unusually, Michael Gordon was at Hercules Street. That is not his org. Michael is normally at ANZO at Greek St. We bade farewell to Tojo as we left to go back to the court. We were at court no more than 3 minutes before Tojo showed up. He went in (this was just after 2 PM, when the court transcripts were available and left shortly after). He got on a bus to go 2 blocks back to the org.

This is very unusual. Normally, Michael is involved in all legal cases personally. That is his job as legal council. Now Tojo is doing his legwork. Not sure if there is a reason for this.

So it sounds like a couple more mentions and then a date will be set to hear the case.
So on the 15th of Sept we should have a trial date, is that correct?

Amazing Janice was even allowed to leave the country considering the gravity of the charges, must have pulled some moxy-magiks, but then IANAL.
I has feeling cult will do everything in its power to keep her from appearing. Anywhere.
Were I her I'd be kinda worried given CoS' track record of 'Under the bus' tactics, she's now become a major embarrassment (no. 45889 I believe :P ).

Till September it is then, more time to compile some precedence etc. etc., and hey, this month's near over already?

Additional Aug 18th Postgame:

• Tojo won't communicate with us anymore.
• Still have not been able to correctly pronounce TinyDancer/Cherished's name.
• 'Online Courts' are an annoyance, and no one seems to understand how to handle requests about them.
• 201 Castlereagh St, the 'Ideal Org', is a sad decrepit shell and will collapse on itself before the Ideal upgrade comes.
• Jan Eastgate will be back to Sydney, eventually, or her case/career is lost.

As I read the DOX, JAN EASTGATE (AKA Janice Meyers) remains at large for so long as the proceedings remains "online". Can we now expect an endless stream of actions to delay any likelihood of this matter ever getting in front of a meat world Court?
