Australia's minimum wage is $15.51 per hour or $589.30 per week. Generally, employees in the national system shouldn't get less than this.

Everyone in Australia who has "worked" for CofS in the last 6 yrs can make a claim.

Start posting estimates of your hours:
multiply $15.51 by 1.5 after first 8 hrs.

Are there 2 rates for O'time? One for the first 3-or-so hours and another rate (double time?) after that. ??

Ps., all hours worked on public holidays might be at high (double?) rates. ???

EDIT -addition- And luchtimes not taken - are they o'time rates or normal rates; in any case they should not be overlooked.

    .
    Monday to Friday - first 2 hours + 50%
    Monday to Friday - thereafter + 100%
    Saturday - first 2 hours + 50%
    Saturday - thereafter + 100%
    Sunday + 100%
    Public holiday + 150%

Overtime is any time worked by an employee that is either outside their agreed ordinary hours of work, or in excess of the ordinary hours of work set by the Security Award.

You can require your security employees to work overtime as long as the hours are reasonable and are paid at the correct overtime rate.
