Letter from FOLOEUS asking for Hubbard's 17 medals and the terse reply from the navy

1st doc is a letter from Hubbard giving Mr Roger Pase permission to obtain Hubbard's war medals..

2nd doc is a letter dated May 28, 1974 on FOLO EUS, "a branch of the church of scientology of new york", LETTERHEAD, from Mr Roger Pase dated on FOLO EUS Letterhead to National Personnel Records Center, to a Mr Solto, Room 3125, listing the 17 medals that were supposedly awarded to Hubbard...he writes to the Navy:

"To give you some data about Mr. Hubbard: In 1941, at the outbreak of World War II, L Ron Hubbard was commissioned in the U.S. Navy. He served in the South Pacific, and in 1942 was relieved by fifteen officers of rank and was rushed home to take part in the 1942 battle against German submarines as Commanding Officer of a Corvette serving in the North Atlantic. In 1943 he was made Commodore of corvette squadrons, and in 1944 he worked with amphibious forces."

3rd doc is a rather terse letter dated 18 June 1974 in reply to Mr Roger Pace from Lieutenant Commander P. G. Trance Correspondence and Service Branch By direction of the Chief of Naval Personnel, he lists 4 medals "which former Lieutenant Lafayette R. Hubbard, U.S. Naval Reserve earned during his naval service"

4th doc is a letter from F.A. RIDDLE Captain, JAGC, USN Office of Legal Counsel, to Mark Jones, in Los Angeles, this letter denies a request for Hubbard's full personnel record, but has 3 pages attached:

The records in this Bureau fail to establish Mr Hubbard's
entitlement to the other medals and awards listed in your
request. If he has evidence to substantiate his entitlement
to the other awards in question, further consideration will
be given to your request upon submission of such evidence to
The Chief Of Naval Personnel (Pers 374)

Yes except for the wide forearms on popeye. On a boat you use your arms to pull a lot, and pull yourself up ladders, so your forearms get big. The only thing Hubbard ever pulled was his ______.
