The Ship's Org Book!
That was on my EPF, part of Product 1, back in 1972. And completely useless it was too, as I was at a land base (Saint Hill) and not at sea. There's a good reason no-one ever bothered to leak it!

Cool, the more the merrier imho! Ya never know what you can find, mind you, you'd have to be really, really bored whitless and probably have a goal in mind for what you seek.
I like leakage but one can only take so much inane verbal weird ala cult of LRot before having to decompress and do a brain-bleach douche.

Omg, I remember having to learn all that awful stuff about ships with not a damn ship in sight. Some of it was interesting, but overall it was eye-glazing stuff.
The only useful thing I learned from the EPF was to brush my tongue when I clean my teeth.

There's just got to be a bunch of lulz in there, surely, and that reason alone is always worth the leak.
Wonder what led up to this flag order, looks like LRH is busting people downwards for some reason:
SEA ORGANIZATIONFLAG ORDER 24079 April 1970Flagship Only
Flagship Transfers
The pilot 4 org pattern for Flag has not proven workable and has introduced much stress. It is abolished.
The following personnel are transferred, effective at once, to the following posts.
Lt. Cmdr. Wally Burgess from Captain Flagship to Deputy Captain in Training and Chief Officer.
Capt. W.B. Robertson from Flag Org Captain to Reserve Training Pool.
W/O Robin Lindsell from Chief Officer Flagship to 4th Mate Flagship.
Lt. Jeff Walker from 4th Mate to Review Auditor.

(a) He tends to avoid confronting the real and so invents
symbols as substitutes. This goes to the extent, in navigation,
of making fun of direct observation· navigation,
preferring calculation by symbols. Real navigation methodology
by definition (other planet) is "Navigate by
direct observation or visual contact. In the absence of
this seek to predict and establish position by a minimum
of symbols and visas until visual contact can again occur".
Man prefers and in all his navigation courses insists on
navigation by symbols and calculations and even scoffs at
and invalidates visual contact and direct observation!
Sounds like he just wanted to pretend to be in the 17th century navigation-wise. Just a sextant, and possibly a clock to figure out where he was in the wide world. Bad weather? overcast? Just stay put (if you could) and hope when it cleared you knew where you were. Or no sextant or clock and just sailing around coasts always keeping land in sight if possible. Very antiquated stuff, but also very romantic.
