So it couldn't have been one of LRH's original books, since he left there in the 1960s.

Although I am told by someone sho used to work at worldwide that LRH was convinced Rockefellar was behind all the world's problems.

The book was widely circulated among Scientologists and promoted by GO terminals.

I hadn't heard this before, but it makes total sense to me. None Dare Call it Treason and None Dare Call it Conspiracy (very different books, but similar in some ways) are both distillations of stuff that had been kicking around for years in the American far right, the John Birch Society in particular. All the "international banker" stuff is right there. LRH couldn't even come up with an original crackpot conspiracy theory!

    Very interestink, indeed!
Well, there's nothing by Crowley on the list above, but here's a thread which, within its many links, has a fairly interesting colection of books, by Crowley, and by others: http://www.forum.exscn.net/showthrea...le-Source-Myth

This list is from 1982, RON's office on 19th street, across and half way up the block north from the org.

The Golden Bough attempts to define the shared elements of religious belief to scientific thought, discussing fertility rites, human sacrifice, the dying god, the scapegoat and many other symbols and practices whose influence has extended into twentieth-century culture. Its thesis is that old religions were fertility cults that revolved around the worship of, and periodic sacrifice of, a sacred king. Frazer proposed that mankind progresses from magic through religious belief to scientific thought

of course by the 1970's most of Frazer's work had been outdated by social movements.

There were a few books reportedly in a locked drawer that our visitor asked to see but was refused.

"None Dare Call It Treason" and "None Dare Call It Conspiracy" are two different books, by 2 different authors.

"None Dare Call It Treason": John A. Stormer, 1964
"None Dare Call It Conspiracy": Gary Allen, 1972
