as for why im facing charges, i didnt go to far inot it cause it wasnt the point of the thread.. it simple, Kipper tried to press a criminal threats case against me in oct 2010, at the same time as his response to medical board in re my valid complaint.. the funny thing is, he would have got a protective order if he could indeed show any record of threat, instead he presented 10 months of my demands for access to my medical records which he has to by law, and in the past he was succesfully sued by the board for 90k for delaying 90 days by the board.. lets see Levy did the same thing cause well he didnt want to get the case i had open for the forgery, his is at airport, i have an aledged assult on an officer wich happened to be me going to the hospital 2 times on way to booking and a thuro stomping in mcj... at the time i was sitting seatbelted in a passenger seat. i also have a driving on a suspended licence
cause kippers letter caused me a medical suspention of my driving privliges and i was not aware of it.
as for a criminal record i have a pot ticket from 99? a drunk in public from i think 01? and possesion of a black jack burried under a back seat of a truck i had just purchased, didnt really care about the case, as i was working at the time and it was to costly to miss shoot days, so i took a plea and didnt fight it in 04? cause im such an evil guy.. again yawners.. your a loud mouth with nada to stand on..

I don't think its exactly fair to say he's making excuses for his "criminal background" - if as it seems there is only stuff like a DUI and a getting busted with some pot involved. It doesn't exactly make me think anyone is a criminal - if that's the case I've got some "criminal" friends who are wonderful people. I always thought that type of stuff is called stupid shit you do when your young. I always hated when the CoS tried to smear people for minor non-violent offenses in their past. Someone got busted with a joint when they were 19 and the RFW site posts he is a hopeless insane criminal junkie.

Smurf, you are like an encyclopedia of useful background info when it comes to people in and out of the cult and I have always admired it and found it very helpful and informative. But not everyone is familiar with you and may not react well to your research skills.

thnx bunny... and to be clear, it was a drunk in public, was not driving anywhere.. and yes it was a simple possession ticket, wich isnt anything more than the equivalent of a ticket.. I will say this, he has nada, ive been transparent.. and fact is he had no idea who i was till i reinforced for him.. he missed all the identifiers. thats why i gave them to him blatently so he can sluth beyond the free background stuff... thats why i was laughing about kruzevil.. i closed that down in 98? i had no reason to detail my history other than for him to waste money trying to find stuff thats not there...no one outed me i chose to, also youll see i made no excuses, i blamed no one else for those past issues, he was trying to catch me in a lie, unfortunately for me my own situation is that tangled..
