Oooooh, I loved this Renegade, thank you so much for contributing this! I have long loved and used some of Angeles Arrien's work, but had not yet heard of this.
Here is a link to the entire audio program, which is for sale as a CD or as a download, for those who would like to go deeper:

Yes, you can fly, but first you have to break out of that cocoon. You are capable of self rescue at all times. "Every blade of grass has its own special angel watching over it and whispering, 'grow...grow'." -The Talmud "I am still determined to be cheerful and happy, in whatever situation I may be, for I have learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our disposition, and not upon our circumstances." -Martha Washington

Ah, it is just so serious and gangbusters over on the Debbie Cook thread. I had to come here for a little "clean air".
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Let's see? Mmmmm?
I am grateful for my little granddaughter (I probably already said that).
I took a trip with my daughter & granddaughter today. I had to drop off my daughter, and it was me and the baby for about 3 hours!
We spent over an hour in WalMart, fooding shopping mostly. Of course, I am talking to her the whole time, making her gigle, making her smile, feeding her bottled breast milk (yep, 100% au natural) a bit while trying to navigate the shopping cart, and then holding her a bit as I walked around the store pushing the cart (with a healing sprained ankle). Damn, life is GOOD!
I do this thing with her where I really get into PT, and I am there with JUST HER in this little space. She is so innocent and trusting and she looks right in your eyes, never looks away, and it is so very cool to really BE THERE in her wonderful little space. Sort of meditating with just her!
Then when I was driving to a music store with her locked in the baby seat in the back, and she started crying, so I sang a little ditty that I made up for her on about Day 1 of her appearing:
Whose the little Natalie?
Whose the Little Girl?
Whose the Baby Nalalie?
The baby baby girl!
I just repeat those lines, with a unique varying melody, and I really "intend to be there with her getting it". She stopped crying within 15 seconds. I did have to TR3 it and apply "the way out is the way through", but I just persisted with the calming "theta" energy and she quited right down and started cooing. Okay, I could have explained that without ANY of them noisy Scio-terms. My bad!
Here is the sanitized, non-Scientology description of the same event:
I just repeat those lines, over and over, with a varying melody, and I really try to "be there" fully with her, like the ideas of Baba Ram Das or Eckhart Tolle. She stopped crying within 15 seconds. I did have to keep at it a bit, repeating the little lullaby as she was still crying, but after a short while she quieted right down, and started cooing. Little happy sounds were bursting out at random moments.
Natalie is just so cool, and I am VERY grateful to have the chance to watch this little creature unfold day-by-day. But, it is NOT at all a passive process. We shower her with love, attention, validation and an environment of CALM. And, while she is just SO COOL, I am pretty sure that the added "positive" vibes are having a major effect on HOW she unfolds! I watch her indicators always. The second any "bad indicators" (BIs)appear, I do what I can to get her VGIs again. My daughter pretty much does the same thing. We let her BE and DO just as she is. We give her lots of space too, but I really try new & different things, see what she seems to like (and what she doesn't), and do MORE of WHAT SHE LIKES! To me it is almost an experiment in, "how do young infants respond to a 100% sane, peaceful and loving environment?"
We are surrounding her with great amounts of active, well-manifested, and intelligent LOVE! Watching her respond to it is QUITE AMAZING!
I am SO grateful for this!![]()

Well, I didn't get to do the sing along Messiah this year, but this is almost as fun!
I'm grateful for high school kids who are dedicated to their art! This took a lot of practice!
And now presenting for your enjoyment, those silent "signing" monks from Oahu, Hawaii!

They aren't real monks, Renagade, it's an act!But a fun one for the holidays!
Performed by members of the hula halau (school, performance troupe, spiritual team, calabash family, etc.... many layers of meaning) of this sweet mega church in Hawaii...

Here Is a bigger performance in their sanctuary, but not as a good visuals as the first video:
Here is another great performance by their halau for Christmas:
Here is an example of kahiko hula, old school classical hula, pre-contact (with furriners) hula. This is the way that the Hawaiian people prayed, told their creation stories and heroic, mythic battle stories originally. Most of the chants are prayers, or homages to the gods of this or that place or thing. Pretty cool that they are doing this in a modern Christian church. (I don't think the old gods mind a little bitty "Christo" stuck on at the end!![]()
The Missionaries did everything in their power to destroy the art of hula utterly. (It was too heathen!) Fortunately, they failed!

And here is their Pastor singing with them dancing the graceful "modern" style hula! (The group that sways together, prays together!)
Okay, more than you wanted to know...but I LOVE hula!!!![]()
