Scoots - dude - " . . . probably the Scientology story of the last 20 years . . . " Srs?
Fraud in France yesterday - where the cult was convicted for just doing what it has always done? Lisa McPherson? The Wollersheim case settled in 2002? Valeska Paris? Jan Eastgate (AKA Janice Meyer) International President of Scientology front-group CCHR charged with perverting the course of justice for allegedly covering up the sexual abuse of a child in the cult?
"A person will never be free from Scientology if they use Scientology to explain Scientology - they will always be left with huge unexplained gaps that can never be answered because the answers Scientology gives are inadequate and false." - Alanzo
Well! Nice! Real nice!
This calls for another beer me thinks.
The can of worms is wide open. Let the games begin.
The cult tried to gag me back in 2009 (w*nkers!) . Nothing as fancy as Cook's case but the bottom line is I won my right to freedom of speech, without the case getting into court. They were cowards, plain and simple. Oh and stupid. I don't say that to be all bravado - I ain't that kind of person. It kind of pissed me off it didn't get into court cos I had such a nice outfit picked out to wear.(shallow woman is so shallow!)
Cook has a strong case. In my very honest opinion. Having said that, the cult has to win this case because if they don't it will set a precedent for whistle-blowers all over the world. And in that I don't just mean the cult of scientology. It could potentially redefine a lot of legal points about non-disclosure agreements. This is a big one.
Go Cooks legal team. Go get 'em. The world is watching!
And a couple of final words...
F*** unbalanced coerced gag orders!
"Of course, if it's true that Mr. Hubbard was never injured during the war, then he never did heal himself using Dianetics principles,
then Dianetics is based on a lie, and then Scientology is based on a lie." - Tommy Davis
Thanks Scooter.
What's happened to TodayTonight?? It is not like ACA to produce QUALITY reporting.
A Current Affair didn't actually air in my area due to the cricket coverage. But that hasn't stopped me! Grabbed the webrip off their website, thankfully it is of quite high quality (576p!).
The video has since been posted, but I will leave my youtube link here as well so there is no way you can miss the video:
