Yeah, they all come to ESMB if they want to know what is going on, in Scientology.

wow. I didn't know that. Sounds like some kind of flap control rather than any wish to help or support old ex-staff.

    Recognize anyone?

The guy in front next to the white box... Phillipe Pederson, OSA-Legal assistant. Works at the HGB in Los Angeles. Phillipe has been known to misrepresent his name in court filings with the alias "Floyd Patterson".

Once the retainer fund runs out, the cult is billed the big bucks for their services.
Well, that's as I thought...no attorney would take a case on contingency
that he saw as not having a snowball's chance in hell of winning.

On the the other hand, at $650/hr, they sure as hell have an incentive to
drag this on as long as possible! If they rack up enough hours...and are
so impressed by the integrity, the abilities, the dedication of their cult clients,
that may decide to step up and do their bit in "Clearing the Planet".
They may choose to join the SeaOrg; or at the very least, use some
of their mega earnings to sign up for some really super duper auditing!
Cult Reges take note....get their phone numbers asap...these lawyer
guys may be really hot prospects!

    From Tony's coverage~

3:43 pm. Oh, you knew this was coming! As Cook begins describing incidents of violence by David Miscavige, Spencer stands and objects, saying that they haven't established a relationship between Miscavige and the plaintiff -- Flag Service Organization!

Jeffrey then goes through with Cook how Miscavige is Chairman of the Board of RTC, that he ran things at CSI's Int Base, and that he oversaw what happened in Clearwater -- but Tanner sustained Spencer's objection that they hadn't proved a connection between Miscavige and FSO! Oh, amazing.

But now they're back to sadistic DM. An executive made to lick a bathroom floor for a half hour. DM telling one of his female communicators to break Debbie's finger if she didn't answer a question (it was bent back). Now we're hearing about people being forced into an ice-cold lake.

Gonna run out of popcorn! *urp*

Miscavige has been subpoenaed before. It can be done, although it may not be necessary, it certainly would be satisfying.

And if the subject of the Hole is broached, then people such as Heber Jentzsch should be called to appear; of course, Heber and others can't appear, since they haven't been subpoenaed, as they're being held prisoner behind razor wire fence, in the desert, in Hemet, California.

I hope that the idea of bringing Miscavige and others into court, and the issue of Miscavige's avoidance of appearance in court, and the blocking of others' appearance in court, is, at least, mentioned, for the court record.
