Do we have any reliable stories of PCs on the OT Levels being forced to give up Christianity?

FORCED?
What are they going to do? Withhold the Upper Levels?
Christianity is a religion with a lengthy history of relying on bloody warfare & deliberate massacre as a means of forced conversion of non-christians to "god's word". NOTHING the church has done is as egregious as what is still being done in the world today in the name of promoting the christian faith.![]()
It's idiotic comparisons like this one which degrade the role of criticism of the church. Find a better argument to make against the Co$. There are plenty.

Mark, I do not think his post means what you think it means.
Scientology marketing includes claims that it is compatible with all other religions and you don't have to stop being anything else to be a Scientologist.
In practice, are there people on OT levels who are still practising Christians, Muslims, Jews, etc?
If so, is there a point where being both becomes impossible?
This seems like an interesting thing to discuss and doesn't need to get into a "which religion has done more harm" quagmire.
I assume at the very least, the Church of Scientology is going to discourage people from donating money to other religious groups that is rightfully theirs.![]()

What you are saying is of course true....of the Roman Catholic Church (known as 'the Whore of Babylon' in the Revelation) and it's off-shoots (known as the 'daughters of the Whore'; organized churches that basically follow the same business plan.)
No where in the Bible are these methods of expansion condoned .
Don't bother quoting places in the OT that chronicle God ordering the Jews to slaughter whole towns. These were one time, one place events, and there was a VERY good reason for these being ordered. But, I'm not going to go into that. I've found people who do not want to believe will not be swayed by any amount of evidence to the contrary, no matter how well documented or chronicled.
Did anyone catch the news article today about the 'Trinity Broadcasting Network'? With this as many peoples idea of what 'Christianity' is, it's no wonder they share Mark's opinions, I must say.

It's just logical, really.
Once you have the whole Xenu story laid on you, which includes that even the idea of God -and particularly the idea of Christ- is simply an implant, you either buy into it wholesale, which automatically excludes any other kind of faith, or you stay a heretic, subject to draconian practices to 'get your ethics in'.
If you believe in Christ, then you don't believe the OT 3 story, and vice-versa. The two concepts are mutually exclusive.

logically, past lives are pretty incompatible with any version of Christianity I know of. However, people are good at holding contradictory beliefs.
The interesting question is whether choosing Scientology over other religions is enforced in any way, whether people continue to practice both or whether people don't because it becomes untenable (but aren't forced to choose).
