Scientology Admits Connection to Slimy Anonymous Attack Websites

By Tony Ortega Fri., Apr. 13 2012 at 8:00 AM

We've pointed out in the past that Karin Pouw, the Church of Scientology's spokeswoman, appears to be struggling, having been thrust into the role of chief mouthpiece since Tommy Davis vanished sometime last year. But her latest gaffe is more than simply an embarrassing moment for her and the church. This time, she seems to have really stepped in it.

Last weekend, Guy Adams at The Independent published a lengthy and thorough profile on Marty Rathbun, who was once the second-highest ranking official in the Church of Scientology and who today is helping lead an independence movement of disaffected former church members.

When Adams approached Pouw for the church's side of things, she made a stunning admission, which Adams was good enough to share with us.

Karin Pouw has confirmed that a video attacking Rathbun -- made up of footage taken by the "Squirrel Busters" -- was a product of the Church of Scientology, and she also appears to confirm that the vicious attack website where the video appears is also connected to Scientology itself.

For weeks now, we've been looking at these anonymous attack websites, examining them for evidence that connects them to the church, and now, suddenly, Pouw has made that connection for us.

Everything stupid that the Church of Scientology does, and that includes just about anything they do, quickly ends up for the world to see on the Internet.

The Church simply has to follow exact GO/OSA LRH policy on "handing enemies", "dealing with critics", "silencing dissidents", lying, misrepresenting the truth, instigating noisy investigations, initiating overwhelming lawsuits, and more, and very often the result is MORE SHIT FOR THEM. It truly amazes me that these Scientology management clowns haven't yet connected the dots and realized that it is by following LRH policy and involving themselves in such repetetively stupid behavior, that THEY THEMSELVES CAUSE THEIR OWN TROUBLE & EXTENSIVE BAD PR. In Scio-speak, they are PTS to themselves, and they are their own SPs! They don't need the "bad wog world to do them in", because their own closely-followed LRH instructions direct the crazy behavior that MAKES the world correctly view them as crazy/evil/nasty/deranged/manipulative.

That is one thing that I love about Scientology "admin/expansion tech" - it is its own worse enemy!

The only way for Scientology to ever get to a point where it wouldn't have the extensive bad PR would be for them to wholly abandon large segments of Hubbard's subject, in both theory AND practice. But, with KSW and all of THAT nonsense, it will never happen. Again, Hubbard wrote the script, the script MUST be followed as part of "Church ecclesiastical dogma", and the ONLY EVENTUAL end result is NO MORE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY!

Well, it does pretty much prove that Joel whatshisname really didn't have anything to do with running RFW. It's obviously directly run by OSA. No surprise there.

Sounds like they haven't kept it up, though. Yet another "incomplete program" in Scienoworld.

Isn't it one of the signs of an SP that he's "surrounded by incomplete cycles of action"?

I used to just love examining Hubbard and the Church of Scientology through the lens of the subject of Scientology. For example, how you took the notion of an SP, how Hubbard says that they are "unable to complete cycles of action", and THEN, look at the Church and easily find MANY examples of THAT SP trait!

Granted, these days, I have pretty much abandoned the entire "Scientology paradigm", and I look out at the world through "better colored glasses". One doesn't need to examine Scientology through the Scientology mindset to see the MANY flaws, but it can be fun!!!

Also, examining Scientology through and with Scientology data is often a very useful way to get the still-indoctrinated Scientology member to take that first step out of the mindfuck - by leaving the crazy official Scientology organization. One has to be nearly brain dead not to spot the many flaws in the nutty behavior of the official Scientology church organization.

STOP RIPPING ME OFF LIKE THIS.

Please just quote a short portion of my story and then provide a link to the rest.

This is twice recently that you have ripped off my entire story, and I'm really not happy about it.

I reported the OP as well with a suggestion to delete most of it and leave the link to the VV, I'm sure that a mod will get to it as soon as possible. Be assured the poster meant well and your point is spot on imho.
