Default Ridde Me This: What Do Marty and Mike Think About The Billion Dollars Davy Has?

    O hai there, David Miscavige.

FOIA says you have personally a liquid one billion dollars. Now, where did that come from, and what are you going to do with it when Scientology collapses?

I tend to believe this particular FOIA document. I has dox, David. Maybe not as good as one billion dollars, but FOIA dox they are.

It is stashed I suppose...since the info on the munny is blacked out.

Might be a good idea to snatch that cash and take off...ASAP, Davy.

However, personally, I'd like to see you give it back. Especially to the elders and the off-loaded.

So, M&M...you are aware of the FOIA documentation that proves that Davy has one billion dollars that he can lay his hands on immediately?

And you have what to say about this?

Seems like somebody would have something to say about one billion dollars. Shouldn't someone talk about that money going to the church members that are due that cash? How about something for the off-loaded? Anyone think that money should go to the Sea Org that has no Social Security or retirement? How about to the church members that bought "squirreled" unnecessary copies of the unBasic Basics? Or the members that have money on account?

Somebody may soon be "Moving On Up A Little Higher"...will it be David Miscavige?

    Marty? Mike?

    Here's moar riddle:

What would be the figure if all of the assets were divided equally among the staff (including SO)?

How many staff (including SO) are there now?

What would be the figure if all of the assets were divided equally among the staff and public in good standing??

How many public in good standing, including staff (+ SO) are there now?

What would be the figure if all of the assets were divided equally among the staff and all who have ever been onlines?

How many people are there who were ever onlines, including staff (+SO) are there?
The miracle is not to fly in air, nor to walk on water, but to walk on earth.

Dunvegan can you enlighten us or post the documents you requested?

For non-Americans - FOIA is not a document, it stands for "Freedom of Information Act" request. What documents on DM did you get via a FOIA? Tax?

FOIA can be submitted by anyone, if the are govt documents (non-classified) they must be released or at least an explanation of why the FOIA is denied. They are a vital tool of investigative journalists, among others. They have done a lot for many inquiries and investigation work but in regards to cults they played a big role in supplying information about the Jonestown mass suicides and murders.

On the other hand Barbara Schwartz - who believes she is Marty Rathbuns wife and the daughter of LRH, Einsenhower and I can't keep up - has filed so many thousands of nusanse FOIA requests the FOIA workers started asking each if they had been "Schwarzed" today. She is the #1 abuser of FOIA (and a German citizen in America at that) but also a true believing Scientologist even if the cult has washed their hands of her officially, but OSA still keeps her as a deranged pet to sick on people.

If Davey has a billion it was misappropriated from the cofs. He has had no other opportunity to amass that kind of money other than to treat the cofs coffers as his own, it is embezzlement pure and simple.

Jimmy Baker (sp?) got done for it Davey boy might too.

If you think the SO, the reges and others that were part of the scam should be paid for bilking the money from the public, then I'll ask you this; whose money was it?

Then, who should it go to?

Even if you believe in reincarnation (and where is Ron?) the simple fact is that you can't take it with you. Legally, the deceased own nothing.

David Miscavige is over fifty, and he's not looking well. The heavy drinking may well have done a lot more than pickle his liver and make his hands shake. Time will tell... but it makes you wonder: what's it all for? What could you possibly do with (for example) fifty million dollars banked in Liechtenstein and the Cayman Islands?

Based on his current actions, the answer would appear to be: not a whole lot. Sure, the man like cruises, using a converted old ferry as a luxury yacht. He goes scuba diving. He gets presents made for 'friends' with whom he has somewhat toxic relationships. He employs a private staff to take care of his every whim, night and day.

Fine. I get all that. Most of it is provided by his business, however: he doesn't actually pay from his own cash reserves when his old ferry needs a tank of fuel. He is surrounded by immaculate grounds, but he doesn't personally pay the gardeners.

If he retired from the business, he'd have to pay out of his own pocket for those things. Still... even with just fifty million he'd struggle to spend more than the interest.

Let's assume that despite his alcoholism, he manages to live to the average age of a male in the USA. That's 75. He's 52 now, so he has 23 years left to do something worthwhile with all that loot he's amassed. And the best years of his life are behind him, in many ways. Does he have the comfort of family around him? No. Can he regard the 'grand project' of Scientology and look back on a job well done? No - it's falling apart. Does he have a successor, to take on his responsibilities and allow him to retire? No - he purges anybody who acquires power.

There is also the question as to whether one can 'retire' from the Scientology business. After years spouting stories about how it's the most important game in the galaxy and the only chance to salvage your eternity, it becomes a little bit difficult to say you've decided to give up on the whole planetary clearing thing, to spend more time with ...what, exactly? He has a tiger by the tail. He can't slacken off his grip on the helm, for fear that somebody will do to him what he did to certain other cult executives back in the 1980s. By his words and by his actions, he's committed to stay on-post for the rest of his life.

Wee Davey has a pile of money, but he can never stop doing what he goes, and he can never be safe. If he fails Scientology... if he is considered to be guilty of treason (and Marty's minions already believe that, and say it loudly) then one of the 'true believers' might decide to harm him. There have been mysterious deaths within Scientology before, and there could be again.

That man's got a lot to worry about... and Marty's a fool if he wants the job, the gilded cage, and the poisoned chalice.

I believe he has ceased to exist, but that fat, foul old con-man known as L Ron Hubbard would be laughing himself silly: he got away with it.

Yes, I will copy the FOIA here as soon as possible. The darned copy is over 20 pages long and has to be copied a page at a time via scanner. Please give me a few days, okay? I want this document to be seen.

The FOIA documents are not tax documents, they came from a request for general information regarding David Miscacige and his personal financial holdings. I'm a CISSP, so what I was inquiring about was how Miscavige's financial holdings...not church holdings...personal holdings.

My FOIA was not "submitted", it was "requested" as you indicate American citizens may do so.

It's not hard, people. Just send in the application.

Freedom of Information Act (United States)

Being a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) for a little over 20 years, and a partner of a San Francisco and Washington D.C. Information Security firm) where I am a consultant and architect, I have an understanding of the proper methodology for submission if proper FOIA requirement for information related to accusing a person of a crime.

I know: dox or STFU. It's a LOT of scanning, though. As soon as possible, guize.

Exactly what did he get away with? He died under strange circumstances, hunted and afraid to even walk into any of his own creations, any org anywhere. How enjoyable is life in a self imposed jail? Where is the total freedom he preached about? On a planet on the other side of the galaxy, singing a song? Is that how far away from his crimes he has to go to feel free?
