Poor Alan is out DR. DR, of course, stands for drool rundown. 12 or so intensives on the Drool Rundown onboard the Breakwinds should fix him right up. Of course, with the maximum volume discount available, those 12 expensives shouldn't cost more than $75k. Alan should get with his redge, who will creatively help him find the money. Perhaps they can convince his 92 year old widowed mother to sell her house and move into an old age home or do an EOC. I don't suppose that Alan has any more plastic he can max out on.

I'm trying to get a family member out of the cult. If you have been successful at getting through to someone and getting them to see the light and ultimatley leave scientology please share what you did specifically. Thanks in advance for sharing

The only thing I have tried that worked so far with mixed success is telling the truth.
I have been factual about how I feel about the specific points i disagree with.

If you put plain facts on the table it is very hard for any handler to deal with it - and I would point out what "generalisations" means in scientology, and ask, when they tell you that I'm just nattering because of a missed withold, what is that excactly?

I haven't gotten anyone out BUT I do try to convince people from getting in.

For example, my daughter will NEVER get involved in this.
And my brother and nephews and nieces will NEVER get involved in SCN.

I think that preventative actions are just as important.

(And I still throw their junk mail in the trash without even reading it. Should I shred it first just in case some trash digger might find it?)
