MY STORY FROM INSIDE SCIENTOLOGY: http://www.forum.exscn.net/showthrea...-Ups-and-Downs
"Scientology is essentially a spy and mind-control network set up to extract the most money it can from it’s members as well as to enforce the maximum amount of production out of each individual, at minimal or no cost to the organization. It’s as simple as that." - John Peeler

"They must know how to kindle and fan an extravagent hope". - Eric Hoffer about the "true believer". "Total Freedom", "your eternity", and "OT" involve a few of the extravagant hopes in Scientology.

Most of this seems to be about physical safety, with bodyguards and nannies who like like Kung Fu Gold medallists.
DeWolf (somewhere above) got it right when he told Moret, "Katie Holmes has seen enough behind the curtain to know that she has to fight for her daughter's mind."
I'm sure this is what she is doing.
Personally I would be happier to see Suri enrolled in a school where kids are taught to use their minds. It's the best defence against the cult nonsense. As it is she's out of the frying pan into another frying pan.

Tom Cruise reunites with daddy's girl Suri for the first time since split from Katie Holmes
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...e-divorce.html
Tom Cruise reunited with his daughter Suri in New York today for the first time since his split from wife Katie Holmes. Shooting on the actor's latest movie Oblivion wrapped in California yesterday and the 50-year-old flew to New York overnight to see his youngest child.
The six-year-old cuddled her father with one arm and clutched a soft toy in the other as he carried her into the Greenwich Hotel![]()

Maybe all of this will cause Tom to drop the self-worship nonsense, and grow up into being a man. I hope it does. If only for his daughter's sake.

To me, the real problem is the DM worship. I think he idolizes the guy. I think it's fucked up his judgment to hell'n'gone.
I think he's thoughtless and blind to the suffering of others.
So what if he wants to be self actualized? Per se, that's no big whoop. But in TC's case and in the case of many of the indoctrinated, it happens at the expense of others. And that's where, IMHO, he fails to be a man. Or so it seems to me.

Cruise divorce puts Scientology in spotlight
by USA TODAY feed on Jul. 17, 2012, under USA TODAY News
Behind the high-profile divorce of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes lies a story much larger than two celebrities calling it quits.
As the public face of Scientology, Cruise had become the leading advocate of a spiritual and religious empire that claims it can make people more successful, capable and better at personal relations. The latest scrutiny over their divorce is now turning into a public spectacle in which Scientology stands as a major participant.
