    I'm sure the truth will come out in July 17. Attorneys are known to lie, in defense of their clients, and to put the kibosh on the media.

    Katie Holmes has two lawyers and lawyer Jonathan Wolfe has denied that Katie has filed an emergency hearing on custody and child support.
    But her other lawyer New York attorneys Allan Mayefsky claim that he has done such a filing!
