I never saw that interview, but later in the '90s it was referred to as "an award winning interview' and footage was even shown in the "We Stand Tall" film clip.

My FB friend from Melbourne posted the following status update shortly before the one that prompted me to start this thread, only I missed it:

"I just saw that our church auditorium in Melbourne is about to be on the channel 9 today show. Thanks channel 9 for the advertising..."

Typical Scilon faith that all PR is good PR, that merely showing pictures of the fancy new Melbourne Ideal Org will make people line up at the doors, no matter what else is covered in the news program.
